The company sent 3 young people on. Thursday to clean windows. The agreement was to clean inside, outside and sills. The job was not completed...some windows and screens were not touched, screens left off windows, some screens not put back properly and are gapped, windows not shut, furniture not put back after they moved it. My fault for not doing a walk through before they left. I called 5 times starting Friday morning. Every call goes to voicemail. On Tuesday I hear from a rep of the company and she schedules for someone to come out between 8-9 am on Wednesday. They were a no show. I called them several times again and goes straight to voicemail. Will never use or recommend their company. read more

We gave my parents a gift certificate for window cleaning for Christmas. They were very happy to get it, and even happier when they used it! The cleaners arrived on time, were very polite, efficient, respectful of my parents and their home, and did an awesome job with all the windows and skylights. My dad said the skylights have never looked so good! We will definitely use Fish Window Cleaning again. read more
