The result? They no longer have the item available to sell me, yet they feel justified keeping $100 of my deposit. How does that make any sense? I put down a deposit in good faith, only to have the gear sold out from under me and then be penalized financially for it. This is incredibly disappointing customer service, and I don't believe this fee is justified under the circumstances. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. Aquabatics, do the right thing: refund my $100 and take responsibility for how this situation was handled. I won't be shopping here again.

McKayla and Chelsea at the front end got us sorted at the front end with clothes, helmets, and goggles, while Randy worked patiently with us on the skis and boots. All parties answered our questions and provided us with the understanding to assure we were getting what we needed. I was helped within 2 minutes and the staff checked on me to see the shoes were fitting right and bring me more options. I spent more than I planned which is good for business right! We were given a safety talk, as well as the rules and expectations associated with using the company and the river. The rafting experience was fantastic. It took us about 2 hours to travel down, and was a gorgeous way to see the city. Once we arrived at the end check point, the staff were waving and smiling, directing us where to go. We simply dropped off our raft and carried on with our day. Very hassle free! We had such a great time! Ravi and his team consistently went above and beyond with their customer service.
