I had to cancel a grooming appointment due to an emergency with my dog, and was charged for cancellation fee. I tried to schedule my dogs to be groomed for months to over a year, and spoke with employees who took my name and phone number several times, but literally just never got a call back. They stated they were short on groomers and scheduling was super far out. I didn't appreciate the lack of communication or reaching out. I would say this place is NOT reliable at all. It's very difficult to schedule grooming. I was also supposed to be placed on a wait list for my new younger dogs to be groomed, but literally did not ever hear back about that. It is not possible to schedule grooming here if you don't already have an account. When I was finally able to schedule for my dog who has cancer, they did not notify me of any emergency cancellation fee that would need paid, so there were unexpected fees on top of the overpriced grooming... After this, I decided to stop going there permanently. I even have a gift card for a large sum of money to go there, but I refuse to use it because of how bad the service it and how damaging this situation has been trying to get my dogs groomed there. It is really just a small town pet grooming company that is completely incompetent, unreliable, over-priced, and doesn't work with their customers or communicate properly. I would NOT recommend. Lastly, for context I also wanted to mention that my elderly dog that I always brought there died over the summer and I was not able to get him groomed there before his death. With that hardship, it was quite a sad time and several months later we learned that our other elderly had terminal cancer. So, the dog I wanted to have groomed there currently was just diagnosed with a deadly form of cancer. I wanted to have her groomed since she is in the final stages of her life and we don't have much time left with her... I figured it would help her to feel more comfortable and also make us want to love on her even more if she was soft, shiny, and freshly cleaned. That's why this was even more disappointing and why I don't feel I can count on this company to take care of its community members.

Brian seems to be the brains of the company. If you ask him a question he will give you an answer. If he does not know, he will FIND the answer and get back to you. Their service is impeccable. Their live stock is admired by many people. Clean, helpful shop which you do NOT find in the box stores. Their salt water and fresh water is always clean. No dead fish and the tanks when one is near them, does NOT smell.

Went to have our Toby groomed today,as we do week every 3 weeks with Angela. He has long hair is a…read moremini golden doodle and shih Tzu mix. He does get matted in some places , we brush at least every day. I knew something was off the and they were very busy. I did tell Angela he had several matted area not large ones. And she said well we are just going to have to shave him down. No that's not her choice. My dog has long hair and she usually has no problem detangling him blowing him out and charging me the extra along with the tip I give her. Today she had an attitude from when we walked in. Then she said well do you just want to take him home? Well yes I do and I did! Like I would have let him be shaved down. She just did'nt want to deal with him. She knew he was on her schedule if she didn't want to do him she should have cancelled, but now we wont be back. And its hard to tell with her attitude how she would have treat him. Toby is only 8 months old and has been a regular. We have already found somewhere else. If she is unhappy with her job and taken care of peoples pet she should find another career.
