Fischzeiten is a popular place for lunch, so come early, or be prepared to wait. They offer full plates of fish and potatoes for reasonable prices (mostly 8 or 9 Euros) in a decent sit-down atmosphere. (It's not fancy, but it's not crummy either.)
There are two groups of fish on the menu: fried and grilled. You also get to choose between pan-fried potatoes, french fries (pommes), and potato salad, and you get to choose your sauce (dill, remoulade, and a few others I can't remember). The fish seems fresh, well-seasoned, and well-prepared. I wish the portions were a little larger (my salmon was pretty small), but it's hard to complain too much.
To order, go directly to the cashier in the back of the restaurant, they'll give you a scallop shell with a number, and a server will bring your food when it's ready. read more
