If I'm hiring them to cut the grass weekly, I expect them to be there to cut the grass weekly, sometimes it's at least 10 days until they even show up, and I'm having to call/text asking where they are. If paying for the every 10 days, they sometimes don't show up for 2 weeks. There has been less than satisfying excuses every time. There's never anything offered to please the customer to potentially try to make up for what they didn't do correctly, which IMO, is poor customer service. When they actually do show up and cut the grass, there's always stray grass strands standing up throughout the yard and doesn't look like the best job is done with the trimmer along the edges. The only thing that is fair, is the price per cut (but if it's done correctly). I most likely would not hire again for another year.

When the ground thawed this spring, I was in for a rude awakening. Everything looked AWFUL. I contacted my neighborhood oddjobber and asked what he would charge for a clean up, some mulch, some marble chips, and trimming all of my shrubs and bushes, and I was SHOCKED by how much he wanted to charge me. That sent me on a mission: Find a landscaper who will not charge what some people pay for their first car! Was the mission successful? YES! I found Tom at Always Greener through some Google searching and I am so glad that I did. He quoted me 80% LESS than the neighborhood guy did and he did a fantastic job. He also does regular lawn car and more specialized services. I plan on having him return in the fall to help prepare my yard for the cold months. And since his prices are so great, I'll still be paying less with two visits from Tom than I would in one visit from the other guy.

As we all experienced issues in our neighborhood with downed trees and such after the weekend wind…read morestorms, woke up Monday to a pine leaning half way to my neighbors house. Called half a dozen tree services. Almost everyone was tied up doing storm cleanups. Had a local company working 3 doors down, asked them for a bid, they never took the 60 steps up the street to even look? Another group showed up and gave an astronomically high bid (does storm cleanup warrant extra $$$). My neighbor had used lisowski tree in the past and several others in the community stated they do good work and are reasonable too. They arrived Monday afternoon, gave us a bid that was almost half of the cost of previous companies, and stated would arrive Tuesday am around 7:30. Tues am arrives, they were on time, wasted no time setting up, got the leaning pine and another one that was in the way down in 2 hours. Cleaned up everything as they went, and couldn't have been more courteous and professional! Very satisfied with price, quality of work, promptness. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great job!
