I returned a DNA TESTING KIT, AS DIRECTED TOO, right now I am trying to find where to put a tracking number in the computer. It was shipped on Jan 2, 2018 and I have not had any feedback. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you. Mary Wolff Its a little hard to rate as I never had any business dealings with them before. I will after they respond to me. read more

This company sucks. I placed an order for a Pura dislffuser refill on 6/30. Item nevr came via First Mile. Pura then sends me out a replacement and the package is now nowhere to be found. First mile is a crappy company with horrible customer service. They dont even deserve my 1 star rating. read more

Terrible tracking, weeks to delivery, and the tracking info doesn't seem reliable once another shipper also has info. Absolutely terrible service. At one point, they left a light weight, easily blown away item, on the uncovered front porch, at 9:45 pm. Didn't get a notification about it until 10:30pm. Could have lost a package. Other shippers leave such things slightly under heavier stuff, or (not recommended but felt better) in our car. I ordered something on the 3rd, and still not here by the 20th. At one point, there was no movement for a week, but isn't considered lost for at least 10 business days. Not shopping online with retailers that use FirstMile, unless I don't want the item for a month and don't want to know where it is, at any point in the journey. read more

It's been 10 days and still waiting for my package. I keep calling them and keep telling me I will get my package, it takes time.

The take weeks to deliver domestic packages and are impossible to get hold of anyone when any support is needed. No one answers their phone and they do not respond to emails. If you use them for your business they will ruin your brand and your customers will likely not receive their orders. read more

Ordered flutes from IAMSOUND, and still haven't received them. They used Sendle which was merged with Firstmile, and ACI logistix. Once the merger shut down in Jan, it caused my my package to be left in limbo. I have been following close as can to see when I'd receive my items but I believe it maybe lost. I did contact sender but they claim they haven't heard anything since Jan 21. I also requested a refund but since they haven't received anything from Firstmile about my package be lost or stolen, they stated they couldn't give me a refund. read more

package bought from commerce site that uses them on Black Friday. Package tracking drops off radar on Dec 2, no word from them. Then on Dec 24, tracking says they attempted to deliver but not successful. Even if that were true, no note was left, no communication was given about how to pick up or what the next steps are for redelivery. Called them daily multiple times left messages, they never contacted back despite their message saying they will contact in one business day. Essentially a scam business. read more

I purchase children's health products from a company that uses first mile shipping and delivery and it takes two weeks, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more, to get one item from Georgia to Florida. This is slowest shipping and delivery of any company I have ever seen! This has caused me to cancel my account and quit purchasing directly from that certain website and instead purchasing their products through amazon, which delivers overnight or 2 days. read more

This service is horrible and especially if you live in apartment building. I left specific instructions for delivery with a contact number and for the second time they did not follow instructions. My package was supposed to be delivered to front door but, there are locked gates. I left a number to call so that I could come down if one of the doors was not open. They left it outside my complex free for those that like to take packages that are not their own. Do not use their service and if you order from a company that does, request different delivery method if you live in a gated community. They DO NOT follow instructions. read more

....no help to find last gift from terminal customer ..... you do not even have the ability to confirm a location...what kind of lame company supposed to move items ----has no ability to tell you where it is....so my grandsons will not get their Christmas present this year...from me---and this will be my last Chritmas... with metastatic prostate bone cancer....merci beaucoup ...you maga magi haters read more

horrible service never updates to provide status is a guessing game. why companies work with them to save a buck it's awful

I have 4 orders that are coming from a business in SLC. Firstmile got them on Tuesday. It is now Friday. I am 30 miles from SLC. As of last night the latest update is that they have finished final sorting. 3 days to sort?!?!?!?!!!??? When are they going to actually get them out of the warehouse? Now reading other reviews about firstmile I am concerned. read more

If I could give a zero star, they would get it. Bought some Matsato knives and they were shipped via First Mile. I ordered them mid-May and after waiting for about two weeks, I got a notice that they were delivered. Funny thing I was home all day on 16 June, and I did not receive them. At least NOT at my door! They sent a photo of some random red brick doorstep with a package on it (my home is white stone). They told Matsato that they had a delivery signature along with the photo. Gee, kind of begs the question of if you have a signature, why would you take a photo of it on a doorstep? Hmm, these folks sound crooked to me. Anyway, I called Veho who somehow is attached to them, and they told me to call First Mile support. I called them. They were so busy that the call was sent to an answering machine. I left my information and after one and a half days, I have not heard squat from these folks. So, now Matsato cannot send a replacement or refund because First Mile said it was delivered. Veho can't do anything even though they believe it was left on the wrong door, and finally, First Mile will not even call back. So, I as it stands, I am now out a little over $100.00. Bottom line: if you order from anyone, make sure they use USPS, FedEx or UPS because First Mile is a useless joke for a delivery carrier. I am not sure that they are even delivering when they say that they had. Heck, I am on a street with four homes on it, it's a cul de sac, not one of us has a red brick house and I figure if the US Postal Service carrier can find us on Waze, Maps or Google, then someone who purports to be a quality carrier should have NO PROBLEM! Totally useless. read more

My package sat in a warehouse for 4 days then shipped to my city, then shipped to another city before being shipped back. Package was shipped on June 4th, was suppose to arrive on June 8th, but just showed up today, June 17th. read more

This is a laughable shipping company. I ordered a package on the 18th from a Utah based company that is located 30-40 minutes drive from me. The package arrived in slc on the 19th the tracking says sorting complete. I live in slc. It is now the 22nd. The tracking has not updated. I asked to company of I could just pick it up but they said that isn't possible. Any other shipping company delivers the day the package arrives in slc. This package has been in slc for 4 days now with no update. What gives?! read more

Ordered a small package on 8/3. It is now 8/7 and the only info I've been able to obtain is that a shipping label has been created. Four days and it hasn't moved? Really?? Had I ordered this from the company I usually deal with (they were on vacation at the time) we would have already received the package. It seems many companies are starting to use these fly-by-night shipping companies. Good way to lose customers. read more

It took a WHOLE MONTH for my package to arrive!!!!!!!!!!! They are THE WORST shipper in the whole wide world!!!!! I was tracking it and it fell off the radar after 2 weeks on Jan. 18. I checked every day and....NOTHING!!!! I finally emailed them and they said they didn't know where my package was and that I should call the company I ordered from. THEY ARE WORSE THAN ONTRAC...AND THAT IS SAYING A LOT!!!! Then all of a sudden, 2 days after re-odering, it just shows up at my door!! THEY KNEW WHERE IT WAS THE WHOLE TIME and only gave it to me after I complained!!!! read more

The worst! The pathetic drivers leave my packages in the street! You can't get them on the phone. I don't know why high end stores contract with them. It must be cheaper. But I will tell you, I will NOT shop at some of my favorite go9d stores that use this company. They are stupid and lazy. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. I was working with a company that uses this company as their fulfillment warehouse, and basically "they have their heads up their ass". Expect LONG delays during christmas, and expect poor service. read more

I ordered something, & paid extra to have it delivered faster. Not only is my item late, the tracking information stopped updating 4 days ago. Very frustrating. read more

Gohabitat.com used FirstMile based on their claim that most packages would be delivered within 2 or 3 days. It is now 7 days later, and my packages show that the Post Office is still awaiting delivery. I would avoid using them if timeliness (or, as far as I can tell, actual delivery) is at all important to you. read more

22 days and counting now since original shipment date, and my package is still stuck at "USPS awaiting item," for the last 6 days. This is much longer than the 7-13 days promised when I originally ordered. Unfortunately, the company I ordered this product from only uses this shipping company with no other options. Never again will I buy from a place that uses this company. read more

I hope UT companies stop using this horrendous shipping service. I ordered something from a Utah based company on the 24th and still don't have my item. The worse part is not knowing where it is because the tracking never updates. It just says "In Transit". I could've had a pigeon from Westeros get me my package faster. read more

I had two packages from a company shipped the same day. One by Fedex Ground and the other was not my choice the company chose USPS who used XparcelExpedited DBA FirstMile. I got the Fedex package the next day. 4 days later the other package finally got to a USPS facilty to be shipped to me. So I just might receive the package in another 3 days. Yeah, can't recommend them. And the last time this happened and I called FirstMile and asked where my package was and how long I could expect it to be they weren't sure where it was and told me that they don't work on the weekends. read more

Good place to pick up shifts for work if you enjoy getting lost in your head and don't mind doing mindless tasks. Lucky for me I enjoy that. As far as using this company to ship my products....I probably wouldn't. They don't seem to really "care" about getting things done timely or put much emphasis on accuracy. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I've order 2 different things from two separate companies that use this shipping company to ship their items and both times it's taken at least 2 weeks to get here, the tracking is horrible and inaccurate. It's very aggravating to say the least. If a company uses this shipping company I would recommend getting it any other way, if possible. read more
