Ordered flutes from IAMSOUND, and still haven't received them. They used Sendle which was merged with Firstmile, and ACI logistix. Once the merger shut down in Jan, it caused my my package to be left in limbo. I have been following close as can to see when I'd receive my items but I believe it maybe lost. I did contact sender but they claim they haven't heard anything since Jan 21. I also requested a refund but since they haven't received anything from Firstmile about my package be lost or stolen, they stated they couldn't give me a refund. read more

Terrible tracking, weeks to delivery, and the tracking info doesn't seem reliable once another shipper also has info. Absolutely terrible service. At one point, they left a light weight, easily blown away item, on the uncovered front porch, at 9:45 pm. Didn't get a notification about it until 10:30pm. Could have lost a package. Other shippers leave such things slightly under heavier stuff, or (not recommended but felt better) in our car. I ordered something on the 3rd, and still not here by the 20th. At one point, there was no movement for a week, but isn't considered lost for at least 10 business days. Not shopping online with retailers that use FirstMile, unless I don't want the item for a month and don't want to know where it is, at any point in the journey. read more

The take weeks to deliver domestic packages and are impossible to get hold of anyone when any support is needed. No one answers their phone and they do not respond to emails. Then on Dec 24, tracking says they attempted to deliver but not successful. Even if that were true, no note was left, no communication was given about how to pick up or what the next steps are for redelivery. Called them daily multiple times left messages, they never contacted back despite their message saying they will contact in one business day. Essentially a scam business. read more

I purchase children's health products from a company that uses first mile shipping and delivery and it takes two weeks, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more, to get one item from Georgia to Florida. This is slowest shipping and delivery of any company I have ever seen! This has caused me to cancel my account and quit purchasing directly from that certain website and instead purchasing their products through amazon, which delivers overnight or 2 days. read more

This service is horrible and especially if you live in apartment building. I left specific instructions for delivery with a contact number and for the second time they did not follow instructions. My package was supposed to be delivered to front door but, there are locked gates. I left a number to call so that I could come down if one of the doors was not open. They left it outside my complex free for those that like to take packages that are not their own. Do not use their service and if you order from a company that does, request different delivery method if you live in a gated community. They DO NOT follow instructions. read more

I have 4 orders that are coming from a business in SLC. Firstmile got them on Tuesday. It is now Friday. I am 30 miles from SLC. As of last night the latest update is that they have finished final sorting. 3 days to sort?!?!?!?!!!??? When are they going to actually get them out of the warehouse? If I could give a zero star, they would get it. Bought some Matsato knives and they were shipped via First Mile. I ordered them mid-May and after waiting for about two weeks, I got a notice that they were delivered. Funny thing I was home all day on 16 June, and I did not receive them. At least NOT at my door! They sent a photo of some random red brick doorstep with a package on it (my home is white stone). They told Matsato that they had a delivery signature along with the photo. Gee, kind of begs the question of if you have a signature, why would you take a photo of it on a doorstep? Hmm, these folks sound crooked to me. Anyway, I called Veho who somehow is attached to them, and they told me to call First Mile support. I called them. They were so busy that the call was sent to an answering machine. I left my information and after one and a half days, I have not heard squat from these folks. So, now Matsato cannot send a replacement or refund because First Mile said it was delivered. Veho can't do anything even though they believe it was left on the wrong door, and finally, First Mile will not even call back. So, I as it stands, I am now out a little over $100.00. Bottom line: if you order from anyone, make sure they use USPS, FedEx or UPS because First Mile is a useless joke for a delivery carrier. I am not sure that they are even delivering when they say that they had. Heck, I am on a street with four homes on it, it's a cul de sac, not one of us has a red brick house and I figure if the US Postal Service carrier can find us on Waze, Maps or Google, then someone who purports to be a quality carrier should have NO PROBLEM! This is a laughable shipping company. I ordered a package on the 18th from a Utah based company that is located 30-40 minutes drive from me. The package arrived in slc on the 19th the tracking says sorting complete. I live in slc. It is now the 22nd. The tracking has not updated. I asked to company of I could just pick it up but they said that isn't possible. Any other shipping company delivers the day the package arrives in slc. This package has been in slc for 4 days now with no update. What gives?! read more

It took a WHOLE MONTH for my package to arrive!!!!!!!!!!! They are THE WORST shipper in the whole wide world!!!!! I was tracking it and it fell off the radar after 2 weeks on Jan. 18. Ordered a small package on 8/3. It is now 8/7 and the only info I've been able to obtain is that a shipping label has been created. Four days and it hasn't moved? Really?? Had I ordered this from the company I usually deal with (they were on vacation at the time) we would have already received the package. Gohabitat.com used FirstMile based on their claim that most packages would be delivered within 2 or 3 days. It is now 7 days later, and my packages show that the Post Office is still awaiting delivery. I would avoid using them if timeliness (or, as far as I can tell, actual delivery) is at all important to you. read more

I had two packages from a company shipped the same day. One by Fedex Ground and the other was not my choice the company chose USPS who used XparcelExpedited DBA FirstMile. I got the Fedex package the next day. 4 days later the other package finally got to a USPS facilty to be shipped to me. So I just might receive the package in another 3 days. Yeah, can't recommend them. And the last time this happened and I called FirstMile and asked where my package was and how long I could expect it to be they weren't sure where it was and told me that they don't work on the weekends. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I've order 2 different things from two separate companies that use this shipping company to ship their items and both times it's taken at least 2 weeks to get here, the tracking is horrible and inaccurate.
