Last time I went, they said I had to e-mail them now, no computer for me to do it myself. Fine. Today I e-mailed them and then they charged me $1 to process it for 3/4 hour labor? Today I walked in thinking I could pick up a FedEx envelope and they informed me because I did not have a mailbox there. They would not give me one. It doesn't cost them anything and of course I would be coming back to mail the FedEx envelope had they given it to me. Well I got news for them. I will never be back!
