I was sitting in the waiting area reading Yelp reviews for this place and seriously considered…read morewalking out because the reviews were starting to freak me out. Luckily for me it was not a terrible experience. My first impression when I walked in the door was that the place was very casual. I've never seen a dermatologist before, so maybe this is just how they are. There were 3 ladies sitting at reception. I checked in and sat down, and they chatted openly about non-work stuff for the entire 20 minutes that I sat waiting to be called in (I was on time, btw), only pausing to check in the occasional patient. When I was called in I looked up and didn't know who actually called me, because the woman was dressed in street clothes. The tablet is all that gave her away. I went to an examination room, she asked me a series of questions, and then I waited for the dermatologist. I could hear loads of employees chatting outside the door, laughing, having a great during my entire wait. Again, casual but I guess it's good they are enjoying being at work(?). Luckily I did not get Dr. Dan Viders (since his reviews on Yelp seem terrible). I saw a woman named Nicole Willis. She was very sweet, down to earth, and personable and was able to address my two skin concerns pretty quickly. She also was sympathetic to a concern that my doctor glazed over, and acted accordingly. When I walked out I felt happy that I had stuck around to complete my visit. Thanks Nicole :)

My mother is disabled and uses a wheelchair so she requires special transportation. Today the service we use was running an hour late and because I go on the bus with her to get her on and off the bus, I was stuck there unable to get to my daughters school to pick her up on time unless something extraordinary happened. I was running requests on uber and lyft and no one was interested in my short ride home to get my car. I went in to tell the staff what I was going through and they all seemed like they were about to grab their keys or find some way to help me out however the manager Ewa appeared as if she were an angel and introduced herself. She was just getting done with her day and without hesitation said she would drive me to my house next to the main Harrington hospital in Southbridge so I could get my daughter and quickly return to Harrington Charlton to get my mom on the bus and home. This is the type of compassion you rarely see in the medical industry. THANK YOU EWA!

I want to emphasize that experience is crucial when considering facial procedures. Unfortunately,…read moremy experience left me disappointed. My face appears extremely unbalanced, and when I addressed my concerns with the owner who performed the injections, she became defensive and denied responsibility without even seeing me in person. This lack of accountability is particularly troubling, especially since I recently learned she is newly licensed to perform injections. It's essential for professionals to learn and grow from their mistakes. Please note that I am not part of a Groupon scam; I am a real person who pondered long and hard before writing this review because this somebody's livelihood. However I wanted to do the right thing because these procedures are not cheap, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, this could affect your face and self-esteem. THIS WOMAN HAS USED PICS OF MY FACE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION CLAIMING TO HAVE DONE PROCEDURES THAT SHE DID NOT DO! SHE IS AS SHADY AS THEY COME. This is not a fake review.
