First watch at first I thought it was a watch shop haha but it turned out to be a Brunch Cafe/Restaurant. This place was a nice experience for me. The workers are great they are kind, fast, and very personable. The restaurant has a really cool vibe like an upscale farm style cafe. The food was good not great but good. The eggs were scrambled strange but that could just be that the cook on schedule that day doesn't know how to scramble eggs properly. I ordered the Tri-fecta 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, and a Belgium waffle. I can't say I was a fan of the eggs and bacon but that waffle was delicious. I had coffee delicious! I had the Lime-aid Hibiscus drink and that was different. It was very tart, better when water was added but still yummy. I highly recommend this restaurant to locals and tourists. Recently on holiday to Florida form the UK and this place was recommended to us by our Tui rep. When we arrived we had to wait 10 minutes for a table as it was packed, and we knew why as the food was great I had the choc chip pancakes which were delicious and very filling. We enjoyed it soo much that we made sure to return on the morning of our flight home. We again had to wait for 10 minutes (both our visits were on Saturday mornings) and had the full breakfast which was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and provided great service. I ordered an omelet and an iced coffee to go and I go the iced coffee right away but waited 45 minutes for one omelet. I was looking forward to having my coffee with my omelet but instead almost finished it before I even walked out the door. When I asked about my Togo order the hostess wasn't the most pleasant person I've dealt with and come to find out my food was ready but no one had checked on it. The person I ordered from disappeared into the kitchen and never came out to see if I got my food. I've heard good things about this places but this experience has made me think twice about coming back. Once the food came out it was the smallest serving of eggs I've ever seen. On Spring Break, staying in champions gate. At first sight most buildings look bland. We tried out first watch on the way into Disney world, and I'm glad we stopped. Additionally they have call ahead seating via their APP which I highly recommend as the wait has been consistently very long. The restaurant is very small so they cannot hold very many people. The food was great with really great coffee. I had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and it was delicious. I also had a waffle on the side, and I have eaten a lot of waffles in my day (they're my favorite) but this was one of the best waffles I have ever eaten, crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. I will start by saying the food here is very good....service is the issue.. lousy service can ruin even the best of meals.. Had a horrible experience last week.... took forever to get served ..I had to get up and ask where the waitress was and was told seater forgot to tell waitress....then took over 30 mins to get a cold pancake. I was told by staff that takeout orders get done first and that is why my food took so long. I spoke to the manager who seemed concerned and even apologized with a free entree card, although I didn't ask for any compensation..I just wanted to voice an opinion. Since I had the offer card, I went to use it and found it was a buy one get one free........not a free entree. I come alone weekly...almost every Sunday morning, to this restaurant and have been since it opened. This last gesture now appears to have been an empty gesture to shut me up as I will never be able to use this courtesy card. Since this location reopened after pandemic shutdowns, it seems that the service has gone continually downhill. I no longer recommend this location as I don't think it is worth it...there are other First Watch locations that may be a better option. read more

I will start by saying I am a local. We were very excited to have a fantastic breakfast spot within minutes of Reunion, where we live. We have been here multiple times. The first time was within days of opening. There were 4 of us and my hubby's omelet came out cold. We mentioned it to the server and it was promptly replaced with a piping hot one and the cost was removed from the check. (Which we didn't expect! Above and beyond for sure!) The manager even stopped by to check on him. We have also come a few different times in between. The food and service was excellent! We made the grievous error of coming in one day for lunch recently. The wait was nominal, because it was past the rush and we were seated promptly. Again, there were 4 of us. After a bit, 2 of our main dishes arrived. Then, nothing... After about 5 minutes of their food getting cold waiting for ours to arrive I went and said something. Our food was brought out. No apology, no server, just drop and gone. After our food was gone our server finally stopped by. I waited for her to apologize for the poor service. NOTHING. When I asked for a manager, she then said "sorry about that". Too little, too late. The manager came over and didn't seem to care at all that this had happened. (Now I see where the bad service starts.) I asked for a discount and she finally agreed. When we got the check, they had only discounted 2 entrees, not the whole check. Let's be honest, no one enjoyed it. 2 entrees were beyond late and 2 were cold! I asked for the whole check to be discounted and she finally relented. This was a sad day! We had really enjoyed having a wonderful breakfast spot close! Take a long look at the servers you're hiring, and the management. I hope there's a turn around. Only then will we go back! The food is delicious, but the service is HORRID! Otherwise, off to Celebration we go! read more

I would've given a five star rating if it weren't for the service. I'm a host so I definitely understand the stress, but why work customer service if you're gonna be unhappy. My mom and I asked how long our wait would be after waiting 20 minutes and the lady working gave us the dirtiest look and reluctantly helped. She was just plane rude. We were then seated since I placed a pick up order and had my name on the wait list, but no one asked us once if we wanted a drink. There was probably a miscommunication between the host and the servers, but working at a restaurant is all about team work and today it was failing. The food was absolutely delightful!
