He listened to my electrical concern, told me he could come drive down all the way from Boca Raton to Miami and even gave me an updated ETA text prior to his arrival. He was at my parent's home within 2 hours. Manuel gave us a reasonable quote and even emailed us the tentative estimate. The next day his 2 service technicians came out on time. They fixed the issue and had done exactly what was needed. Manuel did adjust the quote accordingly to the service that was installed. He had emailed the revised quote and gave us all the options to make the payment convenient. Manuel and his team were very respectful, kind and so helpful in this process. Most of all the communication was top notch, I was very appreciative of that. FPL had a short in the main power line feeding our house. The result was several circuits to our appliances were dead. Rich, with his considerable expertise, was quickly able to diagnose the problem. A transformer in the transfer switch assembly was blown and it affected some of the load shedding units. Parts we're ordered and everything was fixed within a couple days. We also had an issue with the generator kicking in and running even when there was no power outage. The generator would run until manually turned off. This made it impractical to leave the generator in standby mode. Rich was able to fix this, too. As an added measure for peace of mind we installed Mobile Link, on Rich's recommendation, to keep us advised 24/7 on the status of the generator. Works perfectly. Our 11 year old backup generator works better than when it was new. We strongly recommend Star Generation for all your generator service, maintenance and installation needs.
