We arrived early for the Friday appointment only to be told (in a very rude manner) by a gentleman that the person who was to help us had called out of work. I asked why they didn't call us to reschedule, and the guy dismissed my question and walked away to assist someone else. We stood there in disbelief when a very kind gentleman named Daniel came out and said he would help us. He helped give my mother-in-law helpful information and assisted in all her needs.
