It bounced back twice through no fault of theirs: so after a couple more calls, here we are. I got so tired of dealing with their "hotline" that I tracked down this office. Tom, the phone fella, was more than helpful in tracking down all the boo boos and tracking my claim's progress. He also got me scheduled to come in and get myself re-set up, so to speak. Enter today, I showed up a lil bit early just in case of paperwork. So after just a few minutes, Jackie came out to get me. She took such great care showing me what I'm entitled to receive, when I should receive it and so on. Not only did she do so in a thorough manner, but went beyond too. Jackie showed me the proper way to set up, clean and maintain my equipment. She also offers a few simple insider tips to make sure nothing happens to it nor to me by using it. Jackie gladly looked at it to be sure it was properly set, etc. All I can say in summary is that Jackie was very thorough, empathic and professional. I was provided with all the reference material and ancillary supplies I'll need for awhile until my automatic refills come along.
