We were told the staff is simply too busy. While I understand, all we requested was information about how he slept and ate so we would know if adjustments needed to be made to his routine when we got home. These requests fell on deaf ears. When we picked him up on his first day, the teacher was unable to tell us anything about his first day - how he ate, how he slept, if he adjusted ok. She hadn't been the teacher responsible for him during the day, and, apparently, his primary teacher didn't think it was important to relay that information to her colleague. Overall, the teachers seemed nice, but there is a general sense of apathy. On the fourth morning, our son was so upset he started hyperventilating. He is only 2. He attended daycare in our prior hometown and never had that kind of reaction. We listened to our boy, and pulled him out immediately. Again, our son was only enrolled for 3 days. When we notified the daycare that he was being unenrolled, we were told we would be billed for an additional 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. I gave the daycare two stars because the teachers seemed kind. But for this, I would have given it one star.

So instead of us having a meeting about these issues, they just decided to kick him out. But the best part was, they decided to kick his twin sister out who had zero issues at all. Then a gentleman decided to mock and make fun of my son's behavioral issues and told my wife that ( ma'am he needs help but none of us are qualified for that ) in a very sarcastic tone. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. No matter how desperate you are for child care DON'T DO IT

And obviously when you wake up a sleeping baby, they cry. Well Pons would constantly call my wife and I go come pick out son up because he was crying. They also notice he was having bad diarrhea for about two weeks without notifying us, he then started to do it at home so we had him checked out. He was diagnosed with having salmonella. Once he returned to school his provider said she knew something was wrong two weeks prior but didn't want to say anything. They switch shifts during the day and I don't think the providers communicate with each other because the afternoon staff will have no idea what our son did during the day time. They will tell us he had an amazing week, but then call us to come pick him up because he's crying and tell us he's been crying like that all week. There is no consistency with this place, and I don't think any of the providers actually know how to take care of a child, they are just in the business of watching them.

We came on a Monday morning not knowing it would be crowded and were quoted a 45-60 minute wait. The art studio is upstairs and there is only space for a handful of families to be up there at a time. We got on the list and waited until it was our turn to go upstairs. It did end up being about that long. The staff here were super friendly and helpful with explaining everything. They provide smocks to wear and all of the supplies you need. They have a variety of projects to pick from. The price range of the projects seems to be about $10-$35 dollars. My son we had do the cheapest one because I knew he wouldn't take it very seriously and was just trying to occupy him. I let my daughter do one of the small canvases which I believe were $28 because I knew she would take it seriously. She picked the unicorn canvas and loved doing it. They give you the instructions on how to do the project and things to trace so it is easier for the younger kids. She loved it and my kids were entertained for over an hour. I would defintley come again and I know my daughter already wants to come back.
