On the last day when I went to pick up my kid, the assistant director asked me to wait saying they need to speak with director as they need to check if any other last day formalities had to be done. This was a bit surprising as all paperwork was done and everything was paid for. We were waiting there for 30 minutes and the kids were getting restless and hungry. The assistant director was actually lying about calling the director as the assistant director had actually called the cops on me. Those geniuses at the daycare thought I was drunk. Which was surprising as I was having a proper conversation and walking around normally for 30 minutes. Considering the fact that I never drink alcohol, I was surprised when the cop mention that he was called because the assistant director thought I was drunk. The cop determined in less than 5 seconds the I was not drunk and we were on our way. My kid was not only hungry when we were detained by the assistant director against our will, but he was traumatised to see the cops take his father away. When the cop cleared us to go that assistant director just stood there dumbfounded, absolutely no apologies offered. Wonder if the assistant director treated me this way due to my national origin or the colour of my skin? I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

And obviously when you wake up a sleeping baby, they cry. Well Pons would constantly call my wife and I go come pick out son up because he was crying. They also notice he was having bad diarrhea for about two weeks without notifying us, he then started to do it at home so we had him checked out. He was diagnosed with having salmonella. Once he returned to school his provider said she knew something was wrong two weeks prior but didn't want to say anything. They switch shifts during the day and I don't think the providers communicate with each other because the afternoon staff will have no idea what our son did during the day time. They will tell us he had an amazing week, but then call us to come pick him up because he's crying and tell us he's been crying like that all week. There is no consistency with this place, and I don't think any of the providers actually know how to take care of a child, they are just in the business of watching them.

Your place is not a safe place by any means. Safe means making a parent feel at ease, not degrading a single mother's character, that is mortifying. An employee at your facility expressed, "all you do is feed your child dinner and put him to bed." I'm sorry, aren't your hours of availability 6:30am-5:30pm? Multiple times the child has been picked up with a dry crusted nose and a wet diaper. What a parent does between dropping their child off and picking them up, has no relevance. How your business takes care of child, is relevant. A single mother will not survive in this economy without having 2 sources of income, especially with the prices your pushing. Professionalism is something that should never be added to your website. They also decided to terminate the child's care because of my google review. Good stuff! Beware!
