I noticed there were no reviews on here so I thought I would be the first. This preschool is tiny…read moreand when we first moved here we were debating if we should put my 3 year old in Crosspoint or Happyland. Well Happyland was the first to call after being on the waiting list and I was hesitant because it was so small and not as fancy as Crosspoint. Once we were accepted and told our new friends that our son was going to Happyland people automatically asked how we got him in there because it's one of the more desirable schools in Niceville. I guess we got lucky. Once school started my fears automatically went out the window. it's a small class, they only accept a small amount of kids so every kid gets the attention they need. The teachers were great. I don't know how to express how amazing they were with my kid and how well they treated him. They truly deserve more pay then what they get and you can tell they love being there and interacting with the kids. I saw my kid grow into a social butterfly and each week he would come home more knowledgeable then the last. I saw my friend kids come home from Crosspoint, and although Crosspoint is also a good school I was able to tell the difference between what the parents told me and what was happening at Happyland. Crosspoint is essentially Wal-Mart and Happyland is the mom and pop shop. If you have the opportunity to get your kid into Happyland, Do it. Put yourself on the wait list and wait it out, you won't be disappointed. It actually broke my heart having to tell the school that we were moving and won't be returning after the summer. You want a school with amazing teachers, great curriculum, family environment with involved parents and teachers that's care, this is the school. I will always have a happy place in my heart for Happyland. I hope I find a place in Navarre like this.

Crosspoint is very "popular" and has a very impressive facade/website. Well... we got on the waiting list as Happyland and Crosspoint were all full at the time. My child ended up going for a short time to the CDC at the NWF college. While it's nice too, we got lucky and someone moved and we were called by Happyland with an opening 3 months later. Once my child started going there, she was really happy and social and was excited about going to school everyday (unlike the Previous preschool - but I think she was having some peer trouble there). She loved Happyland all the way through and loved being with her teachers, who are genuinely wonderful! We got a call a month later from Crosspoint as well, but at the time my child was so happy at Happyland that there was no way I changing schools. While I don't have personal experience with Crosspoint - my son who is just turning three is definitely going to be going to Happyland! Yes, we were THAT happy with it!

What a great idea for kids! Took my kids here as I thought it would be a good rainy day activity…read more Apparently everyone else had the same idea. We came on a Monday morning not knowing it would be crowded and were quoted a 45-60 minute wait. The art studio is upstairs and there is only space for a handful of families to be up there at a time. We got on the list and waited until it was our turn to go upstairs. It did end up being about that long. The staff here were super friendly and helpful with explaining everything. They provide smocks to wear and all of the supplies you need. They have a variety of projects to pick from. The price range of the projects seems to be about $10-$35 dollars. My son we had do the cheapest one because I knew he wouldn't take it very seriously and was just trying to occupy him. I let my daughter do one of the small canvases which I believe were $28 because I knew she would take it seriously. She picked the unicorn canvas and loved doing it. They give you the instructions on how to do the project and things to trace so it is easier for the younger kids. She loved it and my kids were entertained for over an hour. I would defintley come again and I know my daughter already wants to come back.

So many fun choices for for drop in projects. Bobble heads, cars, slime, wooden pieces, canvas,…read morerocks, and more. Tons of colors and decorative accessories. Everyone was very helpful. We'll be back again for sure. No problem with parking or traffic.

Your kids will definitely learn as older and younger are grouped together and sit around a table for lesson time. There is a big yard for them to run around. The place could use some updating but nothing really negative to say. If we didnt have.to move we would still be here. I recommend this place to anyone

If you are looking for a safe, caring, clean, engaging, and fun place for your precious little one…read more- look no more! My son has been going to the Little People's Place for two years, and the only thing we are worrying about is having to leave this little kids' safe haven because we are moving out of the area soon. True, this place has no shiny hardwood floors or fancy furnishings. Instead, they provide your child with plenty of individual warm loving attention; their Creative Curriculum works great to help your little one develop to the best of their ability. The teachers are a wonderful family, very welcoming and open to kids and parents; there have never been any substitute staff. We always get feedback about our son's day, they text us pictures of him playing or discovering the world, they know his likes and needs. Best of all, they CARE. We have a feeling that when my son is gone from here, he will be missed, for real. And we will miss them for sure!

This was not the right fit for my family. We pulled our son out after 3 days…read more We were provided with no updates regarding our son throughout the day despite multiple requests. We were told the staff is simply too busy. While I understand, all we requested was information about how he slept and ate so we would know if adjustments needed to be made to his routine when we got home. These requests fell on deaf ears. When we picked him up on his first day, the teacher was unable to tell us anything about his first day - how he ate, how he slept, if he adjusted ok. She hadn't been the teacher responsible for him during the day, and, apparently, his primary teacher didn't think it was important to relay that information to her colleague. Overall, the teachers seemed nice, but there is a general sense of apathy. On the fourth morning, our son was so upset he started hyperventilating. He is only 2. He attended daycare in our prior hometown and never had that kind of reaction. We listened to our boy, and pulled him out immediately. Again, our son was only enrolled for 3 days. When we notified the daycare that he was being unenrolled, we were told we would be billed for an additional 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. I gave the daycare two stars because the teachers seemed kind. But for this, I would have given it one star.

This place is the biggest joke I have ever experienced. The communication between the staff and…read moreparents is so poor i don't understand how they function properly. At first they said my child had behavioral issues so as any decent parents would we got in touch with a behavioral specialist and had them come sit with my son not once not twice but three times on three different occasions they seen no issues. They claimed that in 14 days he had 28 write ups which I can't fathom. He is only four, but he is very respectful and the child he is at home is nowhere near how bad they say he was being up there. So instead of us having a meeting about these issues, they just decided to kick him out. But the best part was, they decided to kick his twin sister out who had zero issues at all. Then a gentleman decided to mock and make fun of my son's behavioral issues and told my wife that ( ma'am he needs help but none of us are qualified for that ) in a very sarcastic tone. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. No matter how desperate you are for child care DON'T DO IT
