On the last day when I went to pick up my kid, the assistant director asked me to wait saying they need to speak with director as they need to check if any other last day formalities had to be done. This was a bit surprising as all paperwork was done and everything was paid for. We were waiting there for 30 minutes and the kids were getting restless and hungry. The assistant director was actually lying about calling the director as the assistant director had actually called the cops on me. Those geniuses at the daycare thought I was drunk. Which was surprising as I was having a proper conversation and walking around normally for 30 minutes. Considering the fact that I never drink alcohol, I was surprised when the cop mention that he was called because the assistant director thought I was drunk. The cop determined in less than 5 seconds the I was not drunk and we were on our way. My kid was not only hungry when we were detained by the assistant director against our will, but he was traumatised to see the cops take his father away. When the cop cleared us to go that assistant director just stood there dumbfounded, absolutely no apologies offered. Wonder if the assistant director treated me this way due to my national origin or the colour of my skin? I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

Then after this occurred the director continued communication with the abductor instead of hearing my concerns/request as the enrolling, and PAYING parent. I refused to take my daughter (or allow any other child I know) back to this establishment and a lawsuit would be in order had my daughter not been returned after police intervention. We were told the staff is simply too busy. While I understand, all we requested was information about how he slept and ate so we would know if adjustments needed to be made to his routine when we got home. These requests fell on deaf ears. When we picked him up on his first day, the teacher was unable to tell us anything about his first day - how he ate, how he slept, if he adjusted ok. She hadn't been the teacher responsible for him during the day, and, apparently, his primary teacher didn't think it was important to relay that information to her colleague. Overall, the teachers seemed nice, but there is a general sense of apathy. On the fourth morning, our son was so upset he started hyperventilating. He is only 2. He attended daycare in our prior hometown and never had that kind of reaction. We listened to our boy, and pulled him out immediately. Again, our son was only enrolled for 3 days. When we notified the daycare that he was being unenrolled, we were told we would be billed for an additional 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. I gave the daycare two stars because the teachers seemed kind. But for this, I would have given it one star.

At first they said my child had behavioral issues so as any decent parents would we got in touch with a behavioral specialist and had them come sit with my son not once not twice but three times on three different occasions they seen no issues. They claimed that in 14 days he had 28 write ups which I can't fathom. He is only four, but he is very respectful and the child he is at home is nowhere near how bad they say he was being up there. So instead of us having a meeting about these issues, they just decided to kick him out. But the best part was, they decided to kick his twin sister out who had zero issues at all. Then a gentleman decided to mock and make fun of my son's behavioral issues and told my wife that ( ma'am he needs help but none of us are qualified for that ) in a very sarcastic tone. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. No matter how desperate you are for child care DON'T DO IT
