Painless oral surgery--words I never thought I'd say in the same sentence. That is, until I met Dr…read more Rolin. I recently had to undergo oral surgery and, quite frankly, I was terrified (I mean terrified, in tears in the car). But the moment I walked into Dr. Rolin's office, my fears were put at ease. The office is easy to find, there's plenty of parking, and the staff is warm, professional, and welcoming. The consultation was smooth, informative, and most importantly--comforting. and all my questions were answered. On the day of the procedure, he ensured I was comfortable and reassured me throughout. His calm demeanor and confidence, along with 25 years of experience, immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. The most incredible part? When he said, "Okay, you're all done," I was in shock--it was truly pain-free. Even in the days following the surgery, I experienced no pain or complications. Dr. Rolin is a master of his craft--knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly skilled. I am so grateful for the care I received (did I tell you I was terrified!) but now I and satisfied and I recommend him without hesitation.

I arrive a couple minutes late didn't know I had to fill out paperwork. I fill out the paperwork and was told to wait. They didn't tell me how long and a whole hour goes by and that's when I ask how much longer. They tell me 35 mins without telling me what their plan was to start on me later cause I took too long on the paper that I didn't know I had to fill out because they assumed I knew. Needs better receptionists.

I had a great experience with the doctor and receptionist during my visit…read more The nurse explained everything and she was very personable throughout the process. The doctor was efficient yet informative and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease with everything that is going on. Checkout and billing was easy!

My Experience With This Practice…read more Dr. Amir was the surgeon who performed my wisdom tooth procedure. I had all four of my wisdom teeth scheduled to be removed at this practice. I paid for all four extractions, and my insurance was also billed for all four. I also paid the required copay for each tooth. I underwent general anesthesia and went through the recovery and pain believing that all four teeth had been removed. After the procedure, I was told by Dr. Amir and the staff that the procedure had been completed. At my follow-up appointment, I was again led to believe that everything had been taken care of. Later, I visited my general dentist, who took X-rays and informed me that one of my wisdom teeth was still present and had not been removed. I returned to the practice and brought this to Dr. Amir's attention. He apologized and asked me to contact the staff regarding a resolution. After contacting the staff, I was reimbursed only the $136 copay associated with the tooth that had not been removed. What makes this even more frustrating is that because of this mishap, I now have to go through another extraction and another round of recovery, pain, and inconvenience--something I should not have had to go through if the procedure had been completed correctly the first time. My concern is that I was charged for a procedure that was not fully performed, my insurance was billed for all four teeth, and I was not informed that one tooth remained until my general dentist discovered it through X-rays. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled, particularly because I underwent general anesthesia and the risks and recovery associated with the procedure based on the understanding that all four teeth were being removed

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I got weird energy. I should've listened to my guy from that point in which I ignored. They were able to squeeze my daughters and I in at the same day but it was not a pleasurable experience. Once I walked in, we were not greeted, instead they stared at us as if they looked lost and confused they proceeded to hand us paperwork to sign. Once we signed we both waited a while. Once my daughter was called, she went in and 2 minutes later was asked for an ID. My daughter is a minor, why do you need her id? On top of that, they "cleaned her teeth with water without polish & didn't ask about fluoride & assumed we wanted it. Then when they called me, I walked back and they weren't even sure what room to put me in. I also wasn't introduced by the hygienist nor the dr. Apparently the dr. Did my cleaning and didn't introduce herself either. Then she rushed through the entire cleaning and said "I have other patients waiting" I told her I was in so much pain from infected teeth and instead of listening to my wants and needs she just kept pushing her views on me and referred me to other specialist. I walked away with no prescription for any medication. I tried to call the next day and the front desk is shouting that I could hear her and no one knew what magic mouth wash is, and they claim to be a dentist office. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I don't write reviews very often, but Dr. Fiorucci deserves me taking the time to do this. I…read morerecently had two wisdom teeth extracted and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, before, during, and post surgery. Wasn't really sure what to expect, since it was my first time undergoing a major dental procedure, and my only reference was all the horror stories people had shared about their wisdom teeth. Dr. Fiorucci and Donna took very good care of me, I barely experienced any post surgery pain or swelling (actually kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and for my cheeks to swell up as much as everyone said they would). I am currently healing, since it's only been a week, but everything is looking and feeling great.

He and his staff were very up front and honest about the operation, the risks, and what the experience was going to be like from my end. The operation itself was painless on my part. I was put into what Dr. Fiorucci called " a twilight sleep" where, I can remember being aware the project was happening, but not really caring. Pain afterwards was a non issue, I don't remember agonizing in pain for days, or even being very sore. I took it very easy, listened to what Dr. Fiorucci and the staff advised me to do, and then recovery went very well. It's been about a month now and everything is still going well and I haven't had to go back to Dr. Fiorruci for any follow ups or issues. He seemed very open to any calls or visits for any troubles. Great staff, great surgeon, I would highly recommend for anyone needing oral surgeon.

Dr Andrews has been my dentist for at least 20 years so still having the same amount of teeth I…read morestarted with is a very big deal. We've done a lot of things to keep my teeth. For example, she sent me to an Orthodontist about 5 years ago and the other patients were young enough to be my grand children. Nevertheless, I had more of my teeth than some of those teens and that's a pity. I went through the entire orthodontia process. While I was at the dentist today for a routine cleaning, Dr Andrews asked " Are you wearing your retainers?". She was satisfied when I said yes and Dr E. Banks had adjusted them 2 months prior. I was glad she asked, showing interest. That's who she is. You can go to any old dentist if you just want your rotten teeth extracted and have a set of false choppers slapped into your mouth. But if your goal is to keep your teeth (or your children's), as long as possible, Dr Andrews is highly recommended. No, it will not be cheap. But losing teeth prematurely should be your last choice not your 1st. Keep your smile and confidence in place. Forgo a few of the shiny materialistic purchases you will not remember 5 years from now and invest in a healthier you. Keep you teeth by going to see Dr Andrews. I've lived in 3 differ houses in the Southern MD area, moving farther away from my dentist each time. Never mind, I drive from Charles to PG County to keep my dentist.
