The Taylor Station location closed and many of the Ortho One docs moved to this brand new building…read morelocated right off the 270N Hamilton Rd exit. On Crescent Station. I see Dr Popp upstairs for my hand. His office is there as well as one of the nicest hand PT clinics that I have been to. Ive been to OSU, OrthoNeuro and one near Polaris... this by far is the better that I have been to. Doctor Popp examined my hand. Gave me a cortisone shot in my thumbs knuckle/joint. Warned me it would hurt. It hurt but not as bad as I thought it would. Later that night my thumb started to feel much better. In two days it felt better than it had felt in two years. While at this appointment he sent me to the hand therapists. There I met Cheryl who made me a custom brace. Let me tell you. That was worth its price. I have been to OSU 2xs for this injury. Each time OSU fit me with the wrong brace. The brace OSU last gave me injured my thumb even more just putting it on. This new brace! Wow. My thumb doesn't hurt in it. It rests it in the appropriate position while the hard shell protects it from accidental bumps I highly recommend Dr Pott at Orthopedic One for thumb injuries.

Never thought I would hurt myself playing pickleball, but I did. Went here weekly for about two…read moremonths. Top notch care and facility. I not only strengthened myself physically but gained confidence in getting back on the court. I was educated on the exercises and stretches to use in order to strengthen and stretch the muscles around my injury. I hope I never need come back but this will be my first choice if I do.

Honestly, I'd go somewhere else. Tried calling them 7 different times on mine & my husbands phone &…read morekept getting hung up on their end. when I went in the lady didn't read my diagnosis bc I have a herniated disc every single movement she made me do increased my pain & it was same with my husband with his 2 herniated discs. Even if you tell them that movement hurts they make you keep going I didn't feel better until 3 months after my PT was over with I'll NEVER do it again especially at this place. About 3 weeks in we discussed again where my pain is bc she couldn't locate where the pain is coming from I told her it's my tailbone with my herniated discs & she still didn't seem to change her methods on what they are doing.

I have just recently started going here for physical therapy following right total hip replacement…read moresurgery that I had a while back, followed by what has proven to be a very slow recovery. So far, I have been most impressed with the personal care and attention I have received, as well as the skill level, expertise, and knowledge of the therapists. They seem to keep an eye on the exercises that they have me do to ensure that I am doing all of them correctly. This is very important to me since I don't always know if I am doing them properly or not, and I know that I will not always benefit if I am not. This place has been highly recommended to me by several people, and so far, I have been impressed.
