I selected Ohio Orthopaedic Center, specifically Dr. Mark D'Onofrio at the high recommendation of…read moremy family doctor. I had been receiving less than satisfactory treatment with physicians in Columbus (no name-dropping here) and needed someone who could meet my needs and be straight-forward with me. After meeting Dr. D'Onofrio, he took one look at my medical history and recent tests and simply asked, "When do you want to get this done?" That was it. No more cortisone shots or minor surgeries. He told me that my knee was beyond preventive treatment and needed replacement. True, one would think that a salesman's only interest is "selling the car", but after breaking down everything that was wrong with my knee, he convinced me that I was prolonging the inevitable with all of these procedures. The surgery went extremely well, as well as the follow-up with his PA, Kevin, who is truly awesome. The care I received during my recovery made my trip to wellness a short and efficient one. I loved their treatment so much that I chose them for my other knee replacement surgery 3 years later, which went just as well. So I'm going to name these two (the center AND the ortho) specifically in my recommendations if you need knee or hip replacement surgery. You can't go wrong.

Instead of finding out the issue, he sends you to Pain Management to get rid of you because he thinks everyone in pain is an addict and lying about the pain! Read the reviews people, they are correct when they state this place is truly only about money!! They do not care about the patient/person, only what that patient/person can give them (money). Most likely going to have to have a hip replacement because the knee issue has clearly ruined my hips! I will not being going through them! I just received a bill of $876.78 for collagen bandages that I was totally unaware the cost of. I would have said no. They arrived without my knowledge and thought it was included in my surgery. The leg pumps (which I paid $230) for only worked 9 out of the 14 days I was to wear them. I definitely recommend Dr Morris and other Drs at JIS, but this is something they need to address.

My time at the Johnstown location of Cornerstone Physical Therapy is the best health care…read moreexperience I've ever had. Every member of the staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and totally professional. Alyson Jurcenko was my primary physical therapist and put together a multi-faceted program that addressed every issue I had, including new ones that presented while I was working on my original issues. PT Ashley and PT Trey also worked with me and were also excellent. Austin, the office administrator/coordinator, kept my schedule of appointments on track and kept the office functioning in good order. A frequent question the PT's ask is about pain level on a scale of 1-10. I'm going to use that same scale to measure satisfaction and am happy to give Cornerstone Johnstown -- Aly, Austin, Ashley, and Trey -- 10's across the board. Thanks to an exceptional health care team.

Well, Aly was a godsend, she is thorough, clear and I immediately felt like I was in competent hands. Trey is great too. After just a few sessions, the cyst that had been growing at the base of my finger was greatly reduced (now gone), and my hands started functioning right again: I am now doing so much better and as a result, have regained a much higher quality of life. Thanks so much!

I see Dr Popp upstairs for my hand. His office is there as well as one of the nicest hand PT clinics that I have been to. Ive been to OSU, OrthoNeuro and one near Polaris... this by far is the better that I have been to. Doctor Popp examined my hand. Gave me a cortisone shot in my thumbs knuckle/joint. Warned me it would hurt. It hurt but not as bad as I thought it would. Later that night my thumb started to feel much better. In two days it felt better than it had felt in two years. While at this appointment he sent me to the hand therapists. There I met Cheryl who made me a custom brace. Let me tell you. That was worth its price. I have been to OSU 2xs for this injury. Each time OSU fit me with the wrong brace. The brace OSU last gave me injured my thumb even more just putting it on. This new brace! Wow. My thumb doesn't hurt in it. It rests it in the appropriate position while the hard shell protects it from accidental bumps I highly recommend Dr Pott at Orthopedic One for thumb injuries.

I have foot drop on my right foot from a fall about 2.5 years ago. My orthotic had rubbed, and my neuropathy prevented me from realizing how bad it was. The doctors said they were going to have to amputate the foot. I wanted Dr. Feibel to look at it. Not only did he say it didn't need to be amputated , but he could help with the drop foot by lengthening the Achilles Tendon and I would walk more normally again. The wound is now completely healed, and it was down to the bones and tendons. I am now walking almost normally with no aid of a cane or other device. I am doing PT and will continue for a couple more months. Dr Feibel saved my foot. He is kind and comforting. His staff is amazing! They go above and beyond what I would have expected. I would Highly recommend Dr. Feibel with your care. He will treat you like family and take care of your foot, ankle, and leg with expertise and care that is hard to find these days.
