It took me almost 6 months to get him to come back. The only reason he came back was because the City fined him for not having the proper permits. I called Ohio Valley C&P, they were working on another job, but said they'd be out as soon as they could. They arrived sooner than anticipated. They were so nice and professional and had the faucet replaced in no time. They charged, what I considered, a very fair price - especially in comparison to what I have been charged for previous plumbing jobs.
