Also, he kept dallying wanting to stay in my house as i kept trying to lead him to the door. Later, i saw him parked outside my house AGAIN! I think he was racking up time for the outrageous charge. I contacted the company and asked for a supervisor to call me and explain the charge. I received no call. I wrote all of this and submitted to the WV attorney general. Nothing will come of it, but I'm disgusted. Senior citizens are vulnerable.

CORE installed a drainage system within the crawlspace that also included a sump pump. They completely encapsulated the crawlspace and also installed a dehumidifier. They cleaned the floor joists and treated the joists to prevent mold and mildew. They worked diligently for several weeks. The end result was impressive. The crawlspace was like a habitable space. The cost was reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional. The system has been in place for several years now. It was worked perfectly. The owner, Mark, comes by once a year to check on the system and provide any needed maintenance. His attention to customer satisfaction is impressive. I called Ohio Valley C&P, they were working on another job, but said they'd be out as soon as they could. They arrived sooner than anticipated. They were so nice and professional and had the faucet replaced in no time. They charged, what I considered, a very fair price - especially in comparison to what I have been charged for previous plumbing jobs. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.
