While the prices are not as cheap as amazon or even Target or Walmart, you can find some really great sale and clearance items. And if you become a member there are awesome discounts on books, gifts, and cafe items! I like that stationary, bath items, music, toys, cookbooks, really anything you need is here! Sometimes it's good to go to a book store and actually see what options there are rather than ordering online and getting a book in a few days. That's when Kurt Vonnegut and Malcolm Gladwell come into play. Lucky for me I hadn't come across Malcolm's newest book yet and they had it.
