I previously worked at the Houston location which was fairly quiet and had 2 floors. this location was surprisingly loud. The venue itself was beautiful and the perfect space for our Celebration of Life. I had planned to wait until the pending wall issue was resolved before leaving a review. Minor damage was discovered during our final walkthrough, which we immediately acknowledged and have made every effort to take responsibility and make right. Afterward, I contacted the owner about a small flower arrangement that had been left behind. I was given times it could be picked up, although the communication felt short and dismissive. When my friend went to retrieve it, she was met with comments like, "All this over that little plant?" and "All this just to waste everyone's time?" What may have seemed like "just a plant" was actually a sentimental gift from a son to his mother. Considering we had just gathered for a Celebration of Life, a little compassion would have gone a long way. Again, the venue itself was nice and worked perfectly for our event. Unfortunately, this particular interaction was disappointing and lacked the level of courtesy and professionalism I would expect from a venue owner.

Sharing my 15 month renting experience as a former resident of Ramble and Rose of 2024 to 2025…read more The great thing about this place is the apartment's amenities. Gym & pool are expected in luxury apartments like this, but I find myself really enjoying their pool layout, their recreational room, the sky lounge and ping pong table. The big disappointment is their so called gaming room, because it's obvious no one actually maintains any of the games and they're all there for display. In terms of the apartment room, I had a studio apartment, and it was perfect. The high ceiling, modern finish and smart integration were always working, never had maintenance issues. I also had a washer and dryer in-unit inside the bathroom, so the convenience gave me a wonderful time. Lastly, staff is always friendly and you get complimentary coffee or hot chocolate if you visit the office. Some things to note; the apartment does conduct fire drills (or their sirens get triggered easily). I've been startled awake a few times with their loud sirens and admittedly it gets frustrating. Also since this is located in the medical district, be aware that there will be the occasional homeless person roaming around the garages. Lastly, for the entire building they only have 2 elevators. If one's out of maintenance, it can be inconvenient to walk to the other side of the building to use the one elevator that's taking forever to get to your floor. I suggest utilizing the stairs more, for I started taking the stairs as part of my routine regardless of the elevators functioning. I personally didn't enjoy the inconsideration of my neighbors though. My apartment was next to the sky lounge. Many nights, college students or young adults would blast their music on the TV inside the sky lounge and forget to turn it off. They'd leave the lounge but keep the music blasting, or against apartment policy, some of them would stay in the lounge past quiet hours being loud and obnoxious.
