I'm giving it two stars because it is a place to live better than homelessness and you can have 3 animals. Been there for three years now and most likely my last year. Communication sucks unless you owe them money then they know how to communicate, they make money from when your car gets towed, so that's probably why that part of the communication sucks. Sometimes the water gets cut off without any notice so hopefully you're not in the shower when they're "fixing" the pipes and much more. I should just do a TikTok story time about this place.

My 86-year-old mother lives there with my brother who is her full-time caretaker and I have to help them two and three times a week! That being said I am not giving them one red cent to park there again. I will park on North Roe or Ralph Street...it's a section 8 apartment complex. I get they're trying to keep riffraff out but come on! Not everyone can't afford that If it were a nicer apartment complex/community I would understand but come on it's the hut of settlement always has been and it always will be. They don't even provide working dishwashers for their tenant and they don't allow them to have their own affordable washer and dryersL

My property had been…read moresitting vacant with very little activity, and after switching to Westrom, they secured a qualified 2-year tenant in about ONE WEEK, at a HIGHER rent than I previously had. I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. We are not breaking rules and taking care of the property with love and care. So I should have no problem getting my deposit back when we move! I already handed over my documents to a professional.
