Unlike Hobby Lobby, you can sign up and get reward points and coupons, which is fabulous for someone who shops here regularly. I then asked he could please check your store to if by any chance you might a pair on the shelves. He told me if they are not indicated come in a wide width you don't have any on hand. I then asked if could order a pair me on and have sent to my house as on some my prior purchases of this brand of shoe, his response was that was to online and look for what I wanted and order them myself. It appear if my sale was not going to be a quick sale or if was not one the youths purchasing back to school shoes, he was not interested in helping me. Now we are told to support our local businesses, but if this the kind of service we are going receive we might just well go the big box stores.

She stopped back in the store twice when she was back in Bismarck but didn't have time to wait - so she left a note for someone to call her. The next day, Sheyenne (the owner of the store) called and was as gracious and helpful as could be. She had shared that she thought the problem had previously been resolved but was ensuring that a check was being cut today and that my mom could keep the tablet for her hassle. Sheyenne earned a repeat customer today and we are thankful for her great customer service.

J Jenkins Worst…read morebuying experience ever, ripped us off, an item was to be shipped direct to me (as arranged by phone by the manager to the Company as we stood and waited) from the Company the following Weds. and came to me finally 5 days after the promised date looking factory sealed, and find the body for the item stolen out of the box, come to find out after I left the store, the manager had the item shipped to the store so he could steal the body and send the rest of the contents to me. This is not the 1st time the manager gave very poor customer service! Also when dealing with this matter by phone he continued to raise his voice until he said what he wanted with out finishing listening to my wife about the situation, then threatened my wife and hung up (side note here, that is a Federal punishable crime ) Also when confronted in the store about a previous item he yelled and carried on until we got what we came in for ( a defective item) A person spends over $2100.00 in a weeks time and gets treated like this makes for a very good reason not to support a local downtown business. I have had far better treatment from big box stores for way less money spent. As someone else said...con artist!!! No worries, we will not be back along with several other potential customers. And by the way manager....quit threatening everyone involved, it just makes my review stronger, I hope you are happy with yourself messing with a former customer having multiple disabilities and multiple people witnessing your behavior.

Brightly lit, clear aisles, lots of merchandise with prices displayed. Tools, light, medium and heavy equipment, trailers, more tools, safety equipment, you name it. If it goes in a garage or it fits into or behind a repair truck, they likely have it here! The two-cycle gas generator is definitely at the top of my list. The Very RUDE RUDE store manager told me it has a 90 day warranty and I was past my 90 day warranty from when I bought it by a few days and he walked away. I tried to tell him, I only opened it last week and it doesn't stay on. He said again 90 days as he was walking away.
