I have been to this bank branch on several occasions throughout the years and can always count on…read morethe most friendly people who work there. Seriously, every single person I ever encounter is super friendly, helpful and and will go above and beyond to make it a great experience. They always have an ample supply of lollipops and dog treats as an extra bonus! Today, I went to the bank because I needed a cashiers check. The process is intended to make sure you are who you say you are - which I appreciated. In order to withdraw money, I needed to submit my debit card with password; then received a text to my phone to enter onto the bank system in order to withdraw from my account. There were also other safeguards in place that made me feel like my money is in a safe place. Throughput this process, the person assisting me was very friendly and didn't make me feel like a thief. She kept assuring me that this is standard protocol. The transaction was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way. I must also say that the bank has a very modern, clean and comfortable ambiance. In the event that a customer needed to wait for service, it would be in upscale surroundings. However, the primary reason I always select this location over other possible branch locations is because of the extremely helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
