Horrible experience. This branch doesn't seem to know how to complete a simple cash withdrawal. I…read morewas repeatedly told that I needed my debit card, which is simply not true. A valid driver's license or other government-issued ID is sufficient for a withdrawal, and for larger amounts, an additional form of identification may be required. The teller who initially assisted me was actually kind and professional. Unfortunately, the other two tellers were rude, dismissive, and kept staring at me as though withdrawing my own money was somehow an issue. When my teller asked for assistance, one of the other tellers insisted that they could not complete the transaction without a debit card. It felt like they simply didn't want to help. I left, went to another Chase branch, and my withdrawal was completed without any problems. The lack of knowledge, poor customer service, and unprofessional attitudes at this branch were extremely disappointing.

My bank was purchased by Huntington and it's been a cluster. I would NOT recommend using Huntington…read morefor banking. Everytime I have to go INTO the branch the wait time is ridiculous, and the drive thru is even worse. I wa supposed to be able to continue to use my old checks for 6 months and then have a seamless transition to my "new account" numbers. Well if you call two returned checks seamless then you'd be correct. The returned check resulted in a late fee for my rent and my favorite part was making the "wall of shame" at a local asian restaurant where they proudly display "bounced" checks. Yep, my "bounced check" is up for all to see in the community where I work and live. If ypu enjoy long lines, unhelpful tellers, and account mix ups by all means, bank with Huntington. Oh and don't get me started about my late car payment. What business won't accept a payment without ID. I'm offering to PAY not request money. Botton line, thos bank is awful and the Sylvania branch near downtown is the worst of the bunch.

I had three direct deposits for $500 into the account in 90 days and have held the account open and in good standing for 6 months and they will not honor their promise. Do not trust them. In my opinion they do not do what they say and are guilty of false advertisement. My wife and I planned on using that money to buy Christmas presents for our children and grandchildren.
