The waiting room is small but have free coffee and water with public restrooms. I would recommend them especially if you don't use a CPA and have any complex tax issues opposed to going to a typical H&R Block office which most likely would refer you over to Block Advisors as they did for me. I see Jan and highly recommend her. She's a lovely lady.
