I talked to Tanya their receptionist and she was loud and rude and had no idea what she was talking about. They are very unprofessional and have a slow turn around time. I wouldn't waste my time or money with this terrible business!! No Shanyn this was in February before COVID ever started. We went in person and signed and paid in person with a check. It wasn't until 5 months later you called and said we never paid. Because of that call I went somewhere else last year. There is no remaining balance but you still won't give me a copy of the taxes I paid you $200 to do. After 10 years with you, I was called a liar and treated like crap on the phone. I would rather give the IRS $43 for a copy and take my business elsewhere.

Dropped my husbands 2021 taxes off mid March 2022 to Secretary. Called April 15th 2022 and was told…read moreby Secretary "He's working on them" Called back April 18th the last day for filing and was then told "He's working hard on filing extensions" Never heard anything again until I called early September and was told by his Secretary they didn't need to be filed until October 18th. So again a few days before October 18th started calling again only to hear again "he's working on them!" My husband also called several times only to hear the same thing. I even told her during one call if he isn't going to be able to get them done I will come pick them back up but was told he would. She was also informed that my husband had just made things right with the irs so we are very anxious that they get done! Never hearing anything from them just by a fluke thing we received a refund check from federal December 2023 so we were relieved the taxes were filed. Fast forward to filing 2022 we found out my husband's taxes were never filed for 2021!!! The check we received was for filing year 2020. I have had my business taxes done through chart advisors for years never having a problem. I don't understand how they (and I say THEY because it was on both of them) took it upon themselves to mess with something like that, their lack of caring could cost us hundreds of dollars in penalties and interest! We should have been told he didn't get them filed and not given the run around and lied to!!!
