The hands on instructor Sean, was able to show and teach me how to deal with certain situations, showing us troubleshooting methods, or even introducing us to stuff I might not have seen yet, but might bump into, in the future. Total scam....Susan Barry is difficult to deal with, does not return phone calls, sends clients to…read morethe WRONG apartments, does not apologize for that, lies about the availability of apartments. I drove 3 hours to see an apartment ...she gave me the wrong number apartment, said she would find the keys to the right one (BTW she was not around in person at all) and have someone let me in to look, never got back to me, I returned home and she then emails me saying the apartment was taken...which I confirmed with 3 tenants that it was still available. After speaking with friendly people around town, it appears she has a quite the reputation for being confused, being difficult to deal with and overall being dishonest and misrepresentingherself. After having filled out the rental application and divulging my ss #, DOB, DL #, all personal information and now hearing nothing back I am VERY skeptical about this whole situation.

It's easy to navigate, you have all the support you need around you from professors to technical support and also the Shapiro library. This school is honestly amazing to say the least. I have several complaints. First of all, I am one class shy…read moreof 5 degrees, all with a 4.0. I'm not complaining because I'm not a good student. I only went to SNHU to further my education so that I could advance at my job. I had to have my BA by a certain date. I was talked out of the Degree I wanted so that I would finish faster. Made sense at the time. Afterwards I never heard from my condescending advisor (who suggested I needed therapy) even when I reached out to him. The program went longer than the end date they'd said so I still didn't get my degree in time. I lost the promotion, I lost my job, and ended up with a degree I didn't want. AND they wouldn't let me reapply and continue earning the degree I did want. Cost a fortune even with 100 % fin. aid. Without any contact, they sent me to collections almost immediately upon graduation. This was months before I received an email saying it was time to repay. I had unsupportive (flat out mean) instructors putting me down and telling me to give up on my career. Some didn't even seem to know about the subject they taught. I'm only giving it a 2 star because a couple instructors were really great. I could go on but ultimately a really horrible experience.

The chairs turned out amazing and were done within a week. Couldn't be happier.
