One day we order 4 bowls and they are correct. Nothing crazy, just a few changes. The very next day 3 of the 4 will be wrong. Same order but wrong. It's aggravating and happens often. They also don't mark the bowls. So when the only difference is who got PB& Nutella and all the others have just peanut butter it's impossible to figure out whose bowl is whose without making a mess. You have to dig for it as they never put it on top. Otherwise it is great and we keep coming back.
