However, even though…read morethey can confirm that we have no active internet service, about every 6 months we get a "Past Due" bill from Comcast/Deep Blue. Have tried cancelling our business account three separate times over the past year, and after 45-60 minutes on hold with their "Center of Excellence", get told its cancelled only to get another 6 month past due notice (with no interval monthly bills).

Changing from deep blue to Thinix was one of the best decisions I have made, Deep Blue was not even able to get a landing page working at my Hotel for over 1 year. I have never once gotten a call back from support in 3 years, never once has any issue been resolved completely. Absolutely atrocious.
