We reserved a room at desk for three days. After the first night our room code was disabled and coming back after midnight (on December 26th 1:00 am) it was impossible for us to access at room.
We tried at 1:20 am to:
1) knocking on Service door: NO RESPONSE (THE HOTEL WAS COMPLETELY UNATTENDED)
2) calling hotel telephone number (reported on web site) (1:20 am): NO RESPONSE
3) writing an email at address reported on hotel web site (1:20 am): NO RESPONSE
4) checking again all procedures for code
5) calling police (112) (2:03am)
Police arrived at 2:40am. They tried the same steps we did and made some more call to police center to try helping us.
When 3:20 policemen suggested us to change hotel and go away.
Hotel personnel opened Service at 6:00 am to give a new room code.
We got full reimbursement of stay but we had our vacation absolutely ruined: PRICELESS! read more
