We tried at 1:20 am to: 1) knocking on Service door: NO RESPONSE (THE HOTEL WAS COMPLETELY UNATTENDED) 2) calling hotel telephone number (reported on web site) (1:20 am): NO RESPONSE 3) writing an email at address reported on hotel web site (1:20 am): NO RESPONSE 4) checking again all procedures for code 5) calling police (112) (2:03am) Police arrived at 2:40am. They tried the same steps we did and made some more call to police center to try helping us. When 3:20 policemen suggested us to change hotel and go away. Hotel personnel opened Service at 6:00 am to give a new room code. We got full reimbursement of stay but we had our vacation absolutely ruined: PRICELESS!

I stayed at the hotel with several colleagues and their rooms are the same temperature so it's not an anomaly. The staff was ok and spoke English, which I appreciate. I definitely won't stay here again.
