Worse hotel I've ever stayed in... Noise from airport and HWY that passes near by, rooms smell like smoke, small beds, restaurant food is terrible. It looks like one of these places that charge per hour... This is a place that should probably pay customers to stay at. Definitely not worth the cost... read more

I stayed here for 3 days during a business trip. The hotel is very basic and the rooms are small. The cleanliness is ok and normally I might give this hotel 2-3 stars but the rooms are freezing. I stayed at the hotel with several colleagues and their rooms are the same temperature so it's not an anomaly. The staff was ok and spoke English, which I appreciate. I definitely won't stay here again. read more

We reserved a room at desk for three days. After the first night our room code was disabled and…read morecoming back after midnight (on December 26th 1:00 am) it was impossible for us to access at room. We tried at 1:20 am to: 1) knocking on Service door: NO RESPONSE (THE HOTEL WAS COMPLETELY UNATTENDED) 2) calling hotel telephone number (reported on web site) (1:20 am): NO RESPONSE 3) writing an email at address reported on hotel web site (1:20 am): NO RESPONSE 4) checking again all procedures for code 5) calling police (112) (2:03am) Police arrived at 2:40am. They tried the same steps we did and made some more call to police center to try helping us. When 3:20 policemen suggested us to change hotel and go away. Hotel personnel opened Service at 6:00 am to give a new room code. We got full reimbursement of stay but we had our vacation absolutely ruined: PRICELESS!
