Typically, I refrain from posting reviews unless my experience is either exceptionally positive or negative; in this case, it was overwhelmingly positive. I had my deck washed and top-coated, and the service exceeded my expectations. While I had previously worked with another company that did a good job, my experience with Absolutely Clean was notably superior. They consistently arrived on time and fulfilled all commitments. Additionally, they took care of minor repairs at no extra charge, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency, and their pricing was very competitive. I will definitely be returning to Absolutely Clean for future needs. One worker even told me I needed to repaint my whole house when I pointed to a dirty spot on the siding. I wiped it clean with a damp paper towel after they left -- it just hadn't been cleaned. They claimed they wouldn't wash if paint was coming off, yet continued anyway, causing damage to my windows, awning, and even roof shingles. When I contacted Merida to resolve things, she was rude, dismissive, and blamed everything on me, despite photo evidence. I had placed a stop payment on my check hoping we could work things out, but Merida cashed it anyway while still refusing responsibility. I ended up spending hundreds to repair the damage. Poor communication, bad workmanship, and zero accountability. I do not recommend this company.

The first handyman job was ok. I paid a lot, but wasn't interested in getting dirty…read more So hired him for a second job. It was overpriced again, and I had to provide for the water and soap. Only the exterior got done, and I had to clean the inside myself. For the price paid I could have done the whole car myself. I would not recommend to have him clean your car. I tried to hire him for a third job, this to make sure my movers (Tip Top Movers), didn't mess up my floors or walls. They did great, for $200, including tip. And I hired U-Haul for $100. All to move out of one house, into another. APVM wanted to charge me $300, and they didn't have to lift a finger, or provide materials. I learned from my movers that they wouldn't use shoe coverings, or take off their shoes, or walk on any surface without maximum traction. So for APVM to charge me $300 to supervise was ridiculous. I won't be hiring them for any more jobs. As a side note, they market themselves as being BBB accredited, but according to the BBB website they let their accreditation lapse. They also let their website go due to low foot traffic. I would find someone else who is insured and reputable.
