Because of my satisfaction with the roof, I hired the company again for window replacements. Unfortunately, the window project was an extremely bad experience. The company took the job with good intentions. But rather than admit they were in over their heads and leave the job for someone more capable to tackle, the owner gave one excuse after another regarding delays and was constantly postponing dates. A year and half later when no windows materialized, I asked for my deposit back. The owner has returned only a third of the deposit in three months. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company. If you choose to go with this company, good luck. I hope your experience goes much better than mine.

Not accommodating whatsoever, instead constant gaslighting and excuses trying to get our home back to square one. I would 1000% not recommend this company. At the four month mark our home is still in a damaged state waiting on another contractor to complete repairs. In addition Revival Roofing has terrible housekeeping skills leaving us with three flat tires over the course of their shoddy work and repairs. Hunter said they would pay for the flat tires but never did like everything else Hunter said and didn't do. We paid them just to get them out of our life. Super frustrating and unkempt. I needed some work done on my roof and Braden stopped by to give me a bid. He inspected my entire…read moreroof and found a lot of damage. Braden then worked with my insurance company to get it covered. There is a lot to know about working with insurance companies and Braden helped me learn it and did much of it for me. He made me a very competitive offer and was very professional. I also liked him. Braden asked for a contract when I first met him. Unlike the complainer who doesn't understand what a contract is, I told Braden I would sign the contract when I had a confirmation from insurance. He understood. When we kept in communication and when the insurance confirmed the claim he came by and we signed a contract. Braden was busy with another couple jobs and a week or so later he started. I was out of town. We talked and figured out how to pay him. He did the job in a day. Looks great. I'll update this after a rain. I'm pretty sure it'll be positive. As of today, I'd fully recommend Braden and if I need another roof he will be the first person I call. Thanks Braden.
