I am the sole owner of MY account so unsure how they have now entered the email wrong, failed to correct it, and changed the name on my account. Over the years, any dispute, or travel has been nothing but a headache with this bank.

We continued to get our home owner's insurance money sent to us as a refund, and then we had to turn around and send it to our financer, and jump through hoops to have it added to our escrow; all because they couldn't get the electronic signing correct. THEN, after I canceled, they tried to seek another month of insurance with them, and then turned us into collection for the amount! I had called and canceled ALL insurance with them before the next billing date, AND had other insurance, but they still tried to suck another month's premium out of me.
