Horrible. The absolute worst bank and web functionality I have ever seen. I would give them a 0 star (-5 if I could). Too many issues to even start. A few: can't do ANYTHING without a monthly fee for ever little thing, even with a $90,000 balance for months. You have to pay for COUNTER CHECKS. They can't wire money. They told me to use Wells Fargo if I wanted to wire money. I have not been able to transfer money out of the bank since they bought The First. When they bought The First, they deleted all but a few (big companies) of my pay-to i formation. I've been trying to get our money out for months so that we can CLOSE our account. Just. Plain. Be very careful with this bank when using the net to get into your accounts, it recently bought out First Bank which changed the ability to access your accounts on line. I tried 4 times to access my business account and when the attempts when nowhere I input-ed the information and they came back with numbers not associated with our business in any way. This could be a red flag that this bank is loose with your personal information. I did call and and they were supposed to call back but that was hours ago which tells me that they have few working there and they are having calls regarding customer problems...Had 3 accounts with First Bank, removed 2 and will now close this account if I can find an open bank LOL.... read more

This is my former bank and I really like this organization. They gave cool gifts for new accounts, put out coffee, fresh fruits and more in the lobby every day and all the people were very professional and super friendly. Plus when we reached out to them as a potential sponsor for the fundraiser we put on every year, for St Jude Children's Hospital, they were always eager to participate. So yeah nice folks. There's no branch close to me in my new home but I got a call about money in one of my old accounts that I had forgotten about that needed attention the other day so it brought me to this new Baldwin County location about 45 minutes away. The folks here were super nice and they eagerly took care of cutting me a cashier's check for the forgotten funds and we talked about the possibility of maybe coming to a location near me in the future. Hey I would switch from the weasels at Regions in a New York minute because they bite. Anyhow this is a small branch with a small counter and just a couple desks but there's a drive-thru and all their services are available. Covid protocols are in place so the door is locked but they greet you and let you in we you arrive, if you're wearing a mask of course. Bottom line: zero or no fee accounts, professional and friendly people who are very community oriented! read more
