Online is pretty easy and I pay most if not all my bills using the app. Also easy to make transfers between accounts and find past transaction in your account. She was able to assist us throughout the process and did a very good job making everything flow smoothly and we were able to close quickly without issue. The ink wasn't barely dry on our loan documents before they sold it to this skeevy company that has a zillion complaints and is best known for their devious practices and wrongful foreclosures. Seriously!! The good news is that is was only a bridge loan and we were able to pay it off before the first payment was due. However with the horrible track record of that mortgage company I am not happy about having my loan sold off to an organization with such shady practices and was surprised that a local bank with 120+ year history and a good reputation would make this kind of transaction a practice of their business model . Bottom line: As they say, buyer beware, and this was the first time this happened to us but only a few years later in the same situation we had another mortgage company do the very same thing to us. We were actually promised that they would not sell that bridge loan to this sleezy company but that is exactly what they did, we paid that off quickly too. So now I think maybe the say "buyer beware in writing".
