I was a customer of Mr. Royce Williams for many years but decided to go with another insurance…read moreagency after Mr. Williams had some staff turnover and it appeared that issues were starting to occur based upon that fact. I contacted Mr. Royce Williams office to let them know that I had changed banks and that they needed to stop drafting my old account. That didn't occur, and they over-drafted a closed account which caused all sorts of issues. Then, after I informed Mr. Royce Williams that I would be going to a new insurance agency, he didn't cancel the insurance policy which resulted in an invoice being created while I had insurance with another insurance company. Mr. Royce Williams refused to delete that particular invoice after I had proven that I had another insurance company covering me during the time period he billed me for. (double coverage) I paid the invoice so that I didn't continue to get bills from Mr. Royce Williams' office, but I certainly should not have been billed for insurance I had already canceled. I would suggest picking a different insurance agent other than Mr. Royce Williams, just in case any kind of issue ever needs resolving.
