First of all, when I called with a question, I had no trouble getting through to an actual person (Robin), *at this location*, on the phone. No convoluted automated response maze. Just keep pressing zero and you're good to go. Walking in, I'm immediately greeted with a "Hi! Welcome to Wells Fargo, how's your day?" An enthusiastic greeting too, pretty clearly not a "I'll say this because I'm obligated to, but I really can't wait to get out of here..." The tellers are super nice and have always been helpful. Even with tasks that in the past, some other banks have been very confused about completing for me, like exchanging foreign currency. Finally, this location is convenient - right at the corner of Harding & White Bridge, in the shopping center. Particularly if it's time for a trip to Target...

By far the worst bank I've come across in East Nashville. These express bank atm is filthy. Even…read morethough I used their filthy machine I went across the street to get some singles and coins, they told me I needed an account to get change. The reason was they could not type it in their computer to make change. They did not attempt to offer me an account, they didn't offer to use one of their own account, and they don't have a guest account to do small transactions like a currency exchange. I need a new back and they will not get the business. Pour customer service for non-members.

My husband's debit card was stolen last year, so we had to go in & get a new checking account, new cards, etc. They were so nice! I cannot remember the guy's name that helped us - Josh maybe? - he was so great. Very accommodating, understanding, and took care of everything for us. Fabulous! I have also been in to have a document notarized - easy peasy. Great branch!
