When it was done, I was offered a mirror to look at the back of my hair. It looked too much like a bowl cut for my taste, so I let her know. She told me that's how she thought I wanted it. No big deal! She spent a couple minutes cutting the back of my hair and then basically sent me on my way. Didn't offer to show me the back again, or ask if I liked it. I ended up being disappointed when I got home and it was still giving bowl cut a little. And the haircut was $30 for just a trim, no wash! Tl;dr I didn't feel like my wants were taken into account, I felt like they wanted me to get in and out as fast as possible so they could take my money. Wouldn't go there again. Be ready to advocate for yourself if you go.

I found an item I wanted to purchase with my $10 coupon, and the coupon actually went through at the register. However, once the employee noticed I wouldn't be paying much after the coupon was applied, she started looking at the fine print on the coupon. It honestly felt a little awkward. She eventually told me that I couldn't use the coupon, even though it already had gone through the register. On top of that, I had already picked out my birthday reward but she took it back as well, which I thought was a little strange. We were eventually able to work everything out, but the whole interaction could have been handled much more smoothly.

It's not cheap, especially with multiple kids, but it works. One and done. This is our second visit after several months. Diane was fantastic the first time and helped us again. She's incredibly knowledgeable and even showed us exactly what she was finding. Vanessa is helping us for the first time, and she's been great as well, very thorough and helpful. I'm especially glad both of my kids can be treated at the same time, so we don't have to spend double the time here. Hopefully this is our last visit, but if you're dealing with this frustrating issue, I highly recommend coming in and taking care of it right away.
