Our guests all had a blast with the photobooth and everything was worry free from start to finish! While we also had a photographer, having the booth set up was great as it allowed people a chance to loosen up and take some fun photos over the course of the night as the mood struck. And the booth popped doubles of the photos so our guests got to take home a strip, but we also got to keep a strip to help commemorate all the fun little moments that were happening over the course of the night. After the event, Tony also emailed us a link to a digital drop box where we could all access digital copies of all the photos. With the benefit of hindsight I can definitely say that getting a photo booth was a great decision and going with Long Beach Photo Booth was an even better one!

The resolution of their photobooth camera is also one of the best I've seen, especially compared to other photobooths we've used as guests. Michael was extremely responsive over email and sent helpful reminders when it was time to choose our template design. He customized a template to our liking and even let us choose and customize the props we wanted. I really appreciated how flexible he was in making everything personalized to our wedding. After the event, we received a link with all of the photos, prints, videos, and GIFs from the photobooth. Great customer service. He was responsive, clear, and friendly. We were even able to customize a package for us to do all digital prints only. With his help, we ended up with a design that we loved! On the day of the event, our attendants were Quoc and Grant. They were friendly, energetic, and fun! A few of my friends ended up without photos they were in. After the wedding, I reached out to Hidden Gem hoping to get a couple of extra copies to send with thank-you cards, but I haven't heard back despite following up. I really hate to do this to a small business, but if posting this review is the only way to get my extra photos then so be it. She made this experience seamless and I didn't have to worry about her- which I unfortunately couldn't say the same for my other vendors LOL I provided an online template for the "theme" i was going for and she was able to capture that PERFECTLY in the photo background! I suggested color changes and she was able to adapt, which providing me a mock up a few days later. I was confident in her skills and knew she'd successfully execute my vision. For the backdrop, I asked for a few samples and she provided a gorgeous one that I've never seen other businesses use! Instead of opting for the standard gold/ rose gold shimmer, we went with a pink/ neutral marble background that added a WOW factor to my guests. Michelle arrived early for set-up, didn't need much space and had super cute and updated props. My color scheme was lavender and IDK if she BOUGHT lavender baby signs but we were so impressed with the wide selection that gave character to our event :) The biggest stunner of all? THERE WERE FRIDGE MAGNETS!!! Guests were able to put their printed pics in fridge magnets as a unique keep sake! IDK if I'm removed from the photobooth world but I've never experienced or heard about this being an option.
