I highly recommend First Class Installations. I had a simple 50" Flat Screen TV mount with sound bar. I didn't have the swivel TV mount-they provided fora reasonable cost. The appointment was made quickly and easily. The technician came on time. I didn't have all the cords needed to so the tech had to go to the store to pick up additional cords. I wanted all my cords hidden which he did. He was fast professional and cleaned up after himself.

We came across First Class Installations while looking on yelp for a company to professionally mount our new 75 inch TV. We reached out to a couple local companies with good reviews and First Class responded to us very quickly. We believe the price they quoted us for was very reasonable and cheaper than some of the other companies, much cheaper than Best Buy or Costco. Initially, there was a bit of miscommunication in regards to the size of the TV and the price, but First Class was quick to correct and mix ups and were very good at communicating with us. They were able to schedule an installation date and time within 1-2 days. David, our installer, was very professional and did a great job! I rarely do reviews but these guys deserve one because they were really great. Anthony and David were very responsive and informative with everything from price quote to scheduling to installing. I contacted multiple businesses and they had the best price and overall review/customer satisfaction. David mounted 2 TVs (65 in and 75 in) in no time. George is very personable and was very responsive at first. However, when it was time to install, there were delays and he/his co-worker left messes behind. This was aggravating but I tolerated it as I needed to get everything up and running. A few months after installation, I had an issue with my TV and I learned that the TV that I purchased through Grant Elite Installations was not what I received. I then examined all my equipment and learned that most of it was not what I had ordered and WAS OF LESSER QUALITY!! I contacted Mr. Grant and he said he would make it right saying it was a distributer problem. I emailed again a few weeks later and he again stated it was the distributors fault. He still didn't refund the difference. I filed in small claims and won a judgement of $2203.95 plus costs and interest. See photos. I urge everyone that left a 5 star review to look at your product - since he did it to me, he probably did it to you!

I first inquired about the price of replacing a soundbar on a Sunday and was I written back within the hour. Anthony came out the very next day. I didn't even know whether or not my sound bar was compatible with the rest of the system let alone how to connect it.
