I wanted auto-pay, the owner figured out how to do it and now they offer auto-pay. We wanted our aeration done before the weekend so the owner personally came out, strapped headlights to the front of the aerator, and got it done for us on a Wednesday night. Fast forward....we just received a disturbing email from Weeded stating we owed hundreds of dollars and would be taken to collections and court if we didn't pay right away. Yeah, the problem is we cancelled their service last summer when we moved (7 months ago) and we have an email confirmation proving it. Oops, they hadn't turned off auto-billing when they cancelled our service. You would think any reputable company would at least apologize for their mistake, but I guess that's asking too much.
