On installation day, the door had a major problem -- it required extreme effort to open and close. We didn't want it installed, but we were assured by All Weather that it could be fixed with adjustments. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the installer and made him tear off all the moulding and move the door half an inch. This did not solve the issue. We were then told the window had to be paid for in full before any warranty work would begin. We paid, with hesitation, believing it was our only option. Over the next several months, they returned multiple times -- often arriving without the proper parts or tools, and even forgetting which parts they had already replaced. Now, five months later (in September), the door is still not fixed or properly finished. Once All Weather realized they could not fix it, they dismissed the problem and told us it was "good enough," even though the door is still difficult to open and close and is missing weather stripping. As an elderly couple, this ordeal has been exhausting and stressful. After months of delays, excuses, and failed fixes, we cannot recommend All Weather At Home to anyone."

We proceeded with the order come install day the windows are wider than we agreed upon and the installers say they can't keep our old trim and they didn't want to install any trim at all. We now have exposed framing. Our salesperson blew us off and so has some woman named Samantha. Due to their actions I had to drop more money on custom blinds and now I need to hire some to fix the mess they left behind. It has been over a month and they have not returned our calls and emails. I will be exploring my legal options. So my $4500 windows are costing me way more due to new custome blinds and repair/restoration work required.

We had 4 bedroom windows and 1 patio door completed by Ecoline…read more We originally went with this company as they told us that there were no glass delays for them and that everything was made locally. This was in 2021 when this was an issue. This ended up being untrue and everything was delayed. Install was finally completed in Jan 2022. Our patio door was the first issue that I noticed. We could barely open it. It took me over a year and countless visits by their techs to finally say that the door was defective. I stayed home for dozens of these visits missing work and activities/family time, and no one would take notes or submit paper work and it was ALWAYS me following up with the company for anything to be done. Their trim work is also done so poorly, it splits within weeks to months after install. They told me if I wanted it done nicely that I would have to pay extra. They also use a copious amount of caulk to fill in any gaps on the exterior. They also damaged our walls and new flooring during the install. We had other windows done by another company as we were fed up with Ecoline and this was not an issue for any of their windows. I am now dealing with our replacement patio door. It is bowed and now leaking cold air into the house. I have reached out to them, and of course I know this is going to be a painful process to get anything rectified. I do not have any hope that they will do anything. Lastly, they demand payment upfront and before any work starts. They will just stand there until they are paid. This is because the company will make the workers pay the company if a client does not pay. Highly unethical. A client should be able to pay once the work is done and you are satisfied, not before. There is no hold back in case poor work is done. I have lost countless work days, time with my family and energy with this company for them to rectify their issues. They are unwilling to make anything right. Stay away from this company.

This company provides very bad quality windows and service!!!!!!! I cannot even give them 1 star for their rating because of such bad work, but am forced to by the software to proceed. Any good reviews are a lie and posted by the company themselves to increase their standing on here. Have since dealt with other companies that provide much better quality and service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trying to book us when we were already supposed to be booked in. Then get an email today would not book us in to the appt until we advised how we heard of them which was answered on the website and how many people were going to be at the appointment we were looking to setup. Disappointed with Service and Quality After Installation…read more I chose Fox Windows to replace 47 windows based on their sales rep's assurances that the stucco would not be damaged during installation. Unfortunately, while the stucco was damaged and repaired, the final result was far from what was promised. The new windows left a noticeable gap between the stucco and the casing, and instead of using a proper color-matched silicone, they used a translucent one, leaving the gap looking unprofessional and unsightly. When I called to address the issue, an inspector came out and explained that, as of 2024, the company had changed its policy to only use translucent silicone. He assured me that upper management would review the situation. After a week, I was told I'd need to buy the paint myself to color match, even though this was an issue caused by their installation and policy change. I'm not a painter and feel this responsibility should fall on them. After several calls, the solution they proposed was for me to go to a local store with a piece of stucco to color match it myself. While I am hopeful that the interior trim repair (on 8 windows) will be done correctly, I am very disappointed with how the company has handled the stucco issue. The lack of accountability and customer care for a problem directly caused by their work has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope Fox Windows reconsiders their approach to customer service, as it has not been up to the standard I expected. As you can see from the pictures, the red was the before and the low quality of install after. Just so disappointed as i hope they will step up and fix it. The lady at the desk there is bang on knows her stuff when she looks at a photo of the broken bit, she zips over to the wall of little bins, and fishes out EXACTLY what I need to make it right again. For less than $40, I got the hinge, the pin assembly for the door, and a rubber door seal... I can't say enough fabulous things about the service. My next project is a window insert for a door that has failed from age... will see if they can help me out on that too.

I had a lot of criteria for my new door to meet - good quality, aesthetically pleasing, mid-century/contemporary design, affordable. HERR was the obvious choice after exhausting the list of local suppliers. Randy was great to work with and provided many options to suit my needs at various price points to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. The level of service was exceptional and something I did not find anywhere else. Other businesses seemed to cater more towards contractors and big business, not willing to take the time to explain products or procedures to a home owner. I felt confident and at ease with my purchase after visiting the HERR showroom. Picking out a new front door was the fun part, but Randy and is crew also did an impeccable job on the installation. Having been built in the 50's the original door was not a normal size in any dimension by modern standards. We opted to replace the door and jamb with a standard size (though custom sizing was available) and I was nervous about how the new smaller door might look/function. Randy and his crew did such a great job with the new jamb and trim that you would never know that the door size had been changed. The crew was polite and kept the job site very tidy. They spent extra time ensuring that everything was installed to perfection...no rush jobs here. From start to finish this company was a pleasure to work with! They did such a great job that I'm now looking into having them replace some of my windows too.
