On installation day, the door had a major problem -- it required extreme effort to open and close. We didn't want it installed, but we were assured by All Weather that it could be fixed with adjustments. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the installer and made him tear off all the moulding and move the door half an inch. This did not solve the issue. We were then told the window had to be paid for in full before any warranty work would begin. We paid, with hesitation, believing it was our only option. Over the next several months, they returned multiple times -- often arriving without the proper parts or tools, and even forgetting which parts they had already replaced. Now, five months later (in September), the door is still not fixed or properly finished. Once All Weather realized they could not fix it, they dismissed the problem and told us it was "good enough," even though the door is still difficult to open and close and is missing weather stripping. As an elderly couple, this ordeal has been exhausting and stressful. After months of delays, excuses, and failed fixes, we cannot recommend All Weather At Home to anyone."

We proceeded with the order come install day the windows are wider than we agreed upon and the installers say they can't keep our old trim and they didn't want to install any trim at all. We now have exposed framing. Our salesperson blew us off and so has some woman named Samantha. Due to their actions I had to drop more money on custom blinds and now I need to hire some to fix the mess they left behind. It has been over a month and they have not returned our calls and emails. I will be exploring my legal options. So my $4500 windows are costing me way more due to new custome blinds and repair/restoration work required.

Despite only needing one old fixed window replaced (a task some companies declined due to its small scale), Ecoline was accommodating and eager to assist. I ended up with combination windows. instead of a huge fixed window, there are now 3 smaller units (picture+2 casements). Superb energy efficiency and optimal ventilation, totally love it. This company provides very bad quality windows and service!!!!!!! I cannot even give them 1 star for their rating because of such bad work, but am forced to by the software to proceed. I'm pleased to report that we've just been through a week of super-cold weather and I can see outside--my new windows are completely ice-free. From the salesperson, Artem, to the final check by the owner, Pavlo, the experience with this company was superb. Yes, the owner comes to do the final check and makes sure you're happy with everything. Who else does this! I felt well taken care of. The installation was good. They were quick, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. My only regret (and this has nothing to do with the company) is that I used to have indirect airflow before with being able to open the outside slider and the inside slider at the opposite end. Now, because I only have only one (high-quality) slider, I get direct air from the west and that means I get dirt blowing in. If I'd considered this, I may have chosen a different design. The sales and installation process for replacing our doors and windows went smoothly, and based on that experience, I even recommended them to others. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Once they had our payment, their customer service--particularly warranty support--has been extremely poor. I've now been waiting over 18 months for a warranty repair, with little to no meaningful communication about the status. Every few months, I follow up and receive the same generic response: that someone will contact me or that the issue has been escalated to management. However, nothing ever comes of it. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I genuinely regret recommending this company and strongly encourage anyone considering them to do thorough research beforehand--especially regarding their post-installation support. If negative star ratings were an option, I would select them without hesitation.

The lady at the desk there is bang on knows her stuff when she looks at a photo of the broken bit, she zips over to the wall of little bins, and fishes out EXACTLY what I need to make it right again. For less than $40, I got the hinge, the pin assembly for the door, and a rubber door seal... I can't say enough fabulous things about the service. My next project is a window insert for a door that has failed from age... will see if they can help me out on that too.

I had a lot of criteria for my new door to meet - good quality, aesthetically pleasing, mid-century/contemporary design, affordable. HERR was the obvious choice after exhausting the list of local suppliers. Randy was great to work with and provided many options to suit my needs at various price points to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. The level of service was exceptional and something I did not find anywhere else. Other businesses seemed to cater more towards contractors and big business, not willing to take the time to explain products or procedures to a home owner. I felt confident and at ease with my purchase after visiting the HERR showroom. Picking out a new front door was the fun part, but Randy and is crew also did an impeccable job on the installation. Having been built in the 50's the original door was not a normal size in any dimension by modern standards. We opted to replace the door and jamb with a standard size (though custom sizing was available) and I was nervous about how the new smaller door might look/function. Randy and his crew did such a great job with the new jamb and trim that you would never know that the door size had been changed. The crew was polite and kept the job site very tidy. They spent extra time ensuring that everything was installed to perfection...no rush jobs here. From start to finish this company was a pleasure to work with! They did such a great job that I'm now looking into having them replace some of my windows too.
