I suggest calling Bryant Fence and hiring them. It's worth the extra $2-300 when they're building you a high quality CUSTOM fence. I can't say enough about the communication and responsiveness of Sam & Brandon. I gathered 8 quotes and Sam was very honest with me and personable. He didn't just give me a sales pitch, he asked what I wanted and helped vision cast what the fence would look like and how it would function with me. On fence installation day I had some property line concerns and potential HOA violations so Brandon drove out in the middle of his day to measure and create the fence lines based on county records. On fence installation day I was able to determine the exact spots of my gates and fence lines. This is not something I could do with other companies like Champion who install with pre-made panels. I'm also extremely happy with my fence because our fence is on a large hill. They were able to custom build the fence into the hill so there is no visibility inside of our fence. Again, pre-made panels would not be able to do that. Once the fence was built, we painted it black and it looks even better.

One panel needed to be placed on our backyard patio. We were assured by Josh, and the head installer and the supervisor the day they drilled into the patio cement ASSURING US there would be no issues with cracking of the cement. Let me tell you they did not give us honest answers in regard to the cracking. we have a post which holds the corner of our overhang and these crack are headed that way. I personally called Josh and was told to take many pictures and submit them along with questioning how they would take care of this. The owner then sent out one of his workers to review these cracks and his words to my husband was "I do not know what I am looking for!! He took pictures as well.We then got and estimate sent to Bryant fence for $2800 to fix this mess and his reply was this estimate only told him the amount of the repair. Could not accept this as reliable I will continue to fight this matter but I feel horrible recommending him to a neighbor who ended up with issues himself!!! I had them screen in my existing deck and they did an absolutely great job. Tim, his project managers and workers were great to work with. Anytime I raised a concern the issues were talking care of without hesitation. Even once the project was completed I was having a small issue with the door off the deck and they came out on 2 occasions to address it and fix it. Problem is now resolved. Everyone who comes over and sees my deck loves it. Honestly, wish I would have done this years ago. Again, they did an amazing job and the they were every easy to work with. If anyone is looking to have a deck screening done or even a fence I would recommend them. Unfortunately for me I had a different company install my wood fence a 1.5 years ago and can not get the company to even answer calls or texts about problems I have had.
