It appears our unit was bad from the beginning as it's working now better than it ever has!! Previously our house was always freezing cold, even if the themostat was set at 75! I was thinking it was the insulation of a brick house! lol I am so happy with the service as well as the timely response. My hubby is on oxygen, so being in a hot house is difficult for him and the heat this year has been off the charts! I highly recommend Lee Company.

The price was reasonable and he told me what it was beforehand. He also cleaned up thoroughly and even offered to take the towels he'd been using downstairs and put them in the laundry. I'm very pleased and will use them for any future plumbing, electric and AC/heating problems. I've had almost opossite results with another local well known company. They did fine on an AC installation, but with plumbing I experienced unresolved issues and exorbitant pricing.

As they left they stated that they had to speak with their boss and they would give me a call back the next morning. They never attempted to find where the leak was located under the home. They never returned a call as they stated they would. I had to call the next day for a sorry excuse. They stated they did not take up tubs, that if we wanted it fixed we had to take up the tub. Not even bothering to check the lines behind the faucet or anything else that could possibly find where the issue is located. Will not be calling back again.
