From start to finish, Evan was honest, professional, easy to communicate with, and kept us updated daily on the scheduled work. His team was incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. They clearly take pride in their work and paid attention to every detail. Once the project was complete, all of our lighting fixtures, doors, and accessories were carefully put back exactly where they belonged. The finished result looks beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. We highly recommend Evan and his team to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy professionals!

Many others said the roof above the windows running down the inside walls. And many others saying it was coming in through the stucco. I went through this process for six months. Finally Evan came out and gave me a detailed explanation about where the water was coming from. Evan did an excellent job repairing our water-damaged stucco. He found and fixed the source of the water, removed the damaged areas, inspected and repaired everything behind the stucco, replaced the necessary waterproofing and lath, and carefully blended the new stucco with the existing texture. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to do the job right. We're very happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Evan!

Proficient Drywall - Cesar finished all the ceilings in the house after all the popcorn ceilings were removed. We also had him build new shelving for the pantry.

We bought an old house and had a lot of work done - scraped off popcorn…read moreceiling, repiped so there were lots of holes in the ceilings and walls, raised a sunken floor, removed tile flooring and carpeting everywhere. I was looking for a company to patch the walls and finish the ceilings. After getting quotes from multiple companies, not only was Cesar's the most reasonable, his reaction to the amount of work was very positive. Some companies didn't want to take the job because it was too big. I've included some before/after photos of just a few of the areas he worked on, but he basically patched/finished every room in the house. He also built a wall to create a room and built a wall to help convert a wetbar into a pantry. His work is amazing, and afterwards the house started feeling like a home. Cesar is studying to be a general contractor, so he also keeps an eye out for other issues that aren't just dry-wall related and will mention it. For example, he mentioned that the deck built to raise the sunken floor was not completely flat, and that the contractor would have to use a physical level to verify rather than rely on laser level (the contractor verified this to be true and came back to fix it). He also pointed out that with steady use and traffic, some screws were poking out of the transitions my floor company installed. Due to his honesty I ended up hiring Cesar for multiple other jobs other than drywall - he replaced an old pocket door and hardware, fixing the wall after he cut into it and pointing out old water damage in that location. He replaced and painted all the doors, door casings, and baseboards, changed a door to swing outwards instead of in. He reinstalled all the sliding mirror closet doors that were removed because of the abatement. He painted the walls, ceilings, and stair rails. He built and installed IKEA closets behind the sliding mirror doors. Finally, he built the pantry shelves. This man takes pride in his craft. After working with so many other contractors that will do the bare minimum, Cesar goes the extra mile to add the extra touch that makes his projects look great, built-in, and finished. I trust this man completely and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for future jobs.

We were very impressed on their prompt response and willingness to come out quite quickly. Their prices were very competitive. Their willingness to keep the branch extremely clean as well as they actually set time aside to make sure that the cleaning was very detailed. Tracy came out to give us an estimate both times and was thorough and polite. She communicated with us through the process as well as the project manager Eric. They are a very fair company and ensure the customer is happy with the final product at the end of the job. All of the workers were courteous and did a great clean up on the final day. Out of all the workers, I can't begin to say enough about how great Rafael was. Rafael went above and beyond while doing the repairs and texture. We can't even tell where the patches were done, he is a true artist and really cares about his work.

He told me he needed to add extra for debris removal, but left the debris behind and left the job site a mess. Or he needed to charge me extra for paint because "I didn't have enough", but Ramon never even painted anything! He asked for money upfront before starting any work and would ask for more at the end of the work day, saying he was running out of money. I wanted to support a young professional, but I made a terrible mistake in thinking Ramon was someone trustworthy. On one of the repairs, he was meant to replace the side of a shed and repaint it. Despite being paid in full, Ramon has since disappeared and left the job incomplete. On Tuesday, he said he'd return the following day to paint the shed and finish several other incomplete repairs. Each day since then, Ramon would text that "he's on the way" or "coming by today" to complete the work, but he never shows up! It's extremely unprofessional! It's now Saturday, and Ramon has not picked up any of my calls and he's not returned to complete any of the work. He's not even provided any explanation for not being able to return. See the photos and decide for yourself whether this is someone you want to work with. I'm happy to revise this review if Ramon comes back and completes the work like a professional, but it seems like I got burned badly by someone unethical
