I used the samples that they gave and I wish Iwould have taken more because not only did it smell really good but it also worked really well on my hair and made it feel so soft! I showed pictures of my platinum blonde hair and spoke of loving the "white" colour of my hair. When she began putting in tin foil I tried to have a conversation about how my regular hair dresser does my hair but she told me "not to worry (she) had been doing this for 20 years." It took 2 hours and my hair was totally old lady grey!! I told her it was incorrect and her reply was " but you told me "white"." I certainly know how to ask a brand new hair dresser the colour I love. I said "this is not white this is grey"...she kept blaming me for telling her I wanted "white" ...and I said this is not "white" this is clearly grey - I wanted platinum blonde hair". She eventually washed something out and scrubbed something in (another 30 mins) and when I looked again it was YELLOW blond. There was not time for her to cut and style and I was trying not to cry and so didn't argue with her again. She charged me $170.00! I was late for the vulnerable event, felt ugly and now I will spend the holidays with hair that I hate.
