Their communication was great, the charges were clearly laid out, they arrived on time, and most importantly took the utmost care with my belongs and furniture. Clearly they have been in the business for a while, because the truck was loaded so intricately and with a lot of care. We had two stops - the first to drop off stuff to the house and the next to the storage unit. With both stops - I was really impressed with the professionalism. When 6 PM rolled around and nobody had called or come to my house. I called the Call Center and he said that the movers were at another job but coming to me soon. Calieb then called a few mjn later, he said he would be to my home in "30-40 minutes" a little over an hour later, they arrived. They first suggested I pay $550 (or so) for it to be moved which is an absurd amount of money. I politely declined and we agreed on $338 (still too much in my opinion). Kendra was pleasant, Calieb, not so much. He commented before starting the move "I want to go home" in front of me, and he was generally vocal and complaining and was careless with moving the sofa, dragging it across my wood floor, leaving a long deep scratch in the wood for which Kendra later apologized. When the project was finished, Kendra came back and asked if I would like for somebody to come out and fix my floor. I said yes- she told me someone would call me the next day, but no one called.. I'm giving 2 stars because they were able to come same day... and Kendra was very nice. Overall I can't recommend this company because of the outrageous pricing coming extremely late for a scheduled job and for damaging my floor.

I'm no longer interested, I won't ever be interested, and I'm thankfully not harassed by other companies when I call for quotes.
